The Grand Hyatt Berlin is an excellent hotel. The food, staff, service and location are all top notch. We love the quiet close doors on the rooms, the cleanliness and 24hour room service. I always find the jacuzzi in the spa a bit weird as it’s always tepid but the spa area itself is enjoyable and clean. Don’t forget to grab a smoothie at the spa reception!

We had booked a room with Club Access and it was great. We had breakfast and evening snacks in the Club (including wine, beer or prosecco) and it was really pleasant. There was a good choice of food for vegetarians as well as fish and meat eaters. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The only criticism really was the pool access. There were about 16 steps to walk up to get to the pool deck, which isn’t great for anyone with a physical disability. Towelling robes and flip flops were provided in the rooms which was helpful.

All staff were very helpful. Sven recommended great restaurants. The spa treatment was great, my feet are smooth days after a pedicure. The indoor pool area on roof has a very nice jacuzzi and terrace.

The room was extremely clean, comfortable and inviting. The hotel amenities such as the heated floors, digital thermostat, and a separate bathtub and shower gave the room a homey feel. There were refreshing complimentary bottles of water provided daily. In addition, the club lounge provided a great breakfast in the morning. Tea time was also a pleasant surprise that provided snacks, pastries, and beverages.
