T2 apartment facing the sea, renovated in 2019, quiet, in a small secure residence.
Breathtaking view of the mouth of the Odet and the Pointe de Sainte Marine.
You can admire the comings and goings of the boats from morning to evening.
In the evening you can enjoy a superb sunset on the Pointe de Sainte Marine on the terrace.
At the foot of the residence you will take the walk or bike ride towards the center, the casino, the Thalasso (reduction of 10% for our guests), the cinema, the beaches ...
Bénodet is a 5-star seaside resort, facing the Glénan archipelago.
There are many leisure activities (hiking, biking, boating, swimming, kayaking ...).
The apartment consists of an entrance with large closet and washing machine.
A very bright living room equipped with a 2-seater convertible sofa, overlooking a beautiful sunny and sheltered terrace.
A fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, microwave grill, dishwasher, induction and hood).
A bedroom with storage and large closet (160 * 200 comfort bed).
A bathroom with bath, shower screen and heated towel rail.

Cosy appartement with amazing view

We spent one week in this fantastic place. The sea view is amazing and we loved to sit outside. The kitchen is well equipped. Nothing is missing. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back again.

Great location with great views across the bay

Lovely apartment and great location with wonderful views across the bay. We did find some nice touches such as coffee (a fresh coffee machine for filter coffee was provided). One or two things we think could be improved - a list of items included with the weekly cost could be drawn up - for instance, tea towels, hand towels and bathroom towels -A note of the collection day for rubbish and recyclable waste and location of outside bins would be helpful. There was a little confusion about cleaning at the end of our stay although we had paid for cleaning listed as the service charge in the quotation we received. We have to say that Beatrice was very helpful when we contacted her about some of these points Overall we both enjoyed our stay and would really recommend the property to any other potential clients

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment overlooking the Odet River. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and we had no problems at all, especially after I learned how to use the stovetop. We would recommend this property for couples looking for a place to stay in Benodet that is not too close to the noisy tourist hotspots.

A pleasant stay

A modern, well-equipped and comfortably furnished apartment with views of the sea and a south-west facing balcony. Quiet location, 15 minute walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. Ideal for 2, not for 3/4. Hob did not work, despite googling operating instructions, so all cold meals (not a problem). A fan would have been helpful as no aircon, also a canopy/parasol for the balcony, as it faces the sun from noon until sunset. Parking space tight. Owner contact good.

La location est très bien placée avec une très belle vue sur la mer. L'appartement est confortable et parfait pour un couple. On regrette par contre que le linge de maison ne soit pas fourni, en particulier les housses de couettes et d'oreilles.

Superbe appartement tout confort avec une vue imprenable sur l'ODET et la sortie du port des voilier

Un temps très agréable et un séjour au calme. La situation de l'appartement permet de facilement visiter la région, proximité des commerces et surtout des navettes vers les ILES GLENAN, et puis les excursions en CORNOUAILLES et bien sûr QUIMPER !

Erholung pur bei diesem Ausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, der Ausblick ist einmalig, die nähe zum Ort optimal in trotzdem sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Appartement ist sehr schön renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist funktionsfähig trotz der ursprünglichen Sanitär Anlagen. In der zweiten Wochen waren die Geräusche aus dem Nachbar Appartement recht gut wahrzunehmen, aber wenn man selber etwas Musik abspielt, ist das nicht so tragisch. Vielen Dank an die sehr netten Gastgeber !!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Blick und netten Gastgebern. Man hat alles was man braucht und ist auch zu Fuß schnell im Ort. Als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Küstenwanderungen sehr zu empfehlen.

Appartement magnifique, vue imprenable sur Ste Marine lumineux, propre et bonne literie . A visiter absolument, Locronan, village de caractère, Ste Marine , l Ile Tudy !
