Cabin is equipped with "state-of-the-Art" water treatment and filtration system by Culligan so we can ensure that you are receiving best water quality for you, your family and your friends; water quality is very important to us. Cabin is equipped with a "whole house" generator by Generac; never be without power again!!

Outdoor enthusiast paradise! Elk viewing, Horse back riding, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, or relaxing in the sun! Picnic area for entertaining or relax on the covered back porch and enjoy fantastic views of the water and mountains. Large, fully equipped, eat in kitchen, spacious living room with wood burner, plus 4 bedrooms to accommodate your friends and family! Come and enjoy some waterfront living in the Pennsylvania Wilds great outdoors situated in the heart of the free roaming elk range!

Large fire ring and picnic area with picnic table and grill located beside house underneath large, shade trees that overlooks the Sinnemahoning Creek.

Fenced-in small pasture with outside water hydrant and livestock waterers to keep your animals hydrated as needed during your stay.

The cabin was very spacious, especially the living area with plenty of seating. The property was private with preferred outdoor amenities like a fire ring, seating and a grill. The woodstove inside the cabin was a nice touch, also! We saw cow elk making their way through the yard one evening and another evening watched a big buck chasing a couple of doe. Sitting on the porch just listening to the sound of the creek was our favorite part of our stay!

Excellent cabin. All the amenities of home. Beds were very comfortable. Living room has great furniture. New deck on the entrance and a few new windows. Kitchen was fully stocked. The dual kerug was beneficial. Truly enjoyed the river. Unfortunately we didn't get to see any Elk.

The cabin is close to Elk vewing areas.We loved sitting on the back porch listening to the water. We saw about 11 deer in the yard.It was a nice place to stay.

Our Retired Teacher Book Club could not of had a more perfect getaway in your beautiful cabin surrounded by nature. The back porch that faces the creek was so relaxing and more importantly enabled us to watch a bull elk walk through the stream and continue up the mountain side! Amazing!!Alan and his wife could not have been more accommodating and friendly. We loved our stay and will certainly return!

Yes, it’s a beautiful place along the creek. This is our third year. The only negative is on the other side of the 13 acres. There are now trailers up there and Thursday evening when we were relaxing we were greeted by the back up alarm of the skid steer spreading stone, and dogs barking. It took our quiet evening and made it not peaceful. I know work must go on but not that late of a day but yes, we will be back. Hopefully it will remain as private as it has always been in the past. That’s why we always come back but yes, we love it though.

Our first impression of this property as we pulled in was “Oh my gosh, this is pure heaven!”The house had everything plus more that we needed for making meals etc. The property was nice and quiet and was a perfect middle ground for all of the bugling elk! My family said this stay was a trip that will never be forgotten. The host instantly responded to questions we had which was so nice! A couldn’t have went any better!!

We all very much enjoyed our stay. Gorgeous cabin and we saw elk right on the property. Firepit was very relaxing evenings so we could all sit and enjoy one another. Kids absolutely loved being able to go into the creek. We will definitely rent this cabin again!

Peaceful tranquility

Just the sound of the creek was enough to make it enjoyable, but the property itself offered so much more. All the amenities you could ever need were provided. A very nice sitting porch, firepit, picnic table, easy access to the creek, and all sorts of wildlife. I highly recommend this one of you are looking for a great getaway.

Another Great Stay

Beautiful location and stay although the weather wasn't so great. Home had great updates since our last stay (2 yrs ago). Love that this home is pet friendly. If you are looking for a private location to unplug, this is it!
