Self Contained Country Cottage - semi rural property PET and child Friendly

Lovely rural property, complete with a working chook house - yes farm fresh eggs for breakfast. Self Contained Cottage has a fenced in area to keep pets safe. Sit on the large covered verandah and watch the wild life go by which includes Rabbits and many types of native birds, or step out side the fenced in area for a lovely tree swing. Only 12 minutes from Bendigo CBD, less to Bendigo pottery, or various short drives to wonderful haunts like Colbinabbin Silo Art, Echua, Heathcote, Bridgewater, Castlemaine, Maldon, Reasdale & Axedale.

Generous apportioned cabin, which can sleep up to 4, Separate Bedroom with Queen Bed, Separate Bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and family room complete with a sofa bed, full cooking facilities, continental Brecky offered upon request. Condiments supplied include Coffee. Tea, sugar, oil for cooking, salt and pepper and limit Spices.

Walking distance from Huntly Hotel providing smoke house and traditional pub meals, Award winning George's Bakery, Take away Gourmet burgers El Gordo's, a friendly LGA supermarket, hairdresser and Laundromat.

We had a great stay. The accommodation was very comfortable and stocked with all the necessary stuff as well as some lovely extra touches. It’s a beautiful property and we loved having coffee on the porch in the morning.

Lovely accom, comfy and quiet!Loved the breaky options. This was perfect for my hubby and I with our 2 year old who loved the chickens and bunnies as well as playing in the yard.

Cozy and comfy cabin

I spent one night in the cabin with my kids. It was a great accommodation with open space in the front. Nice, tidy and organised stuffs inside. Varieties of board games to enjoy with kids and of course lots of stuffs for snakes and breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great little out of town stay.

Cottage was clean and tidy with everything you would need. Fresh eggs supplied by the resident chooks was a lovely touch.Great relaxing quiet setting close enough to the main city of Bendigo. Just a shame we had to leave early.

Fantastic place

The cabin was just perfect for us and the dogs. Meagan and Mark were great communicators and very accommodating. The farm fresh eggs were a bonus! Location was great, peaceful and quiet but just a stroll from the local pub.We’ll be back.
