Housekeeping turned it up when we were cold then it was extremely hot. Bit noisy from couple in next room. We could hear their conversation and they weren’t taking loudly I thought when we booked that this is supposed to be a spa experience. No robes or slippers in the rooms and not clear that you had access to them on arrival at spa - had to ask No sauna Steam room not working Hot tub - very weak jets No body wash or bath salts for bathtub Just lacked spa feeling beyond the stunning reception area, Carpet some stains"
