O quarto é muito pequeno e o banheiro é menor ainda... fedia a coisa antiga. A equipe de faxina junto com a do restaurante são atenciosos e super educados. Mas o pessoal da recepção parecia que estava fazendo um favor nas 3 vezes que precisei de atendimento. Tive um problema com a televisão solicitei por três vezes que alguem viesse arrumar e nada... É triste isso a gente pagar caro e ser mal atendido...

Por conta do Círio, todos os dias o café da manhã era confuso por conta de muita gente. Fila para o café, fila para pegar os frios, etc. No entanto, o staff deu conta de a toda hora repor o que acabava ou faltava. Fiquei no quarto 138. Pela manhã o corredor cheirava a fritura. Creio que estávamos em cima da cozinha. Quarto mto bom, ar condicionado funcionou mto bem, chuveiro excelente, mas um dos colchões afundava. Camareiras, staff do restaurante e do check in/out foram educados e prestativos.
