The bed comforter was dirty when we checked in. The other bed didn’t have a bed comforter on it because they didn’t have another one. Extremely limited towels. Like we could only get one big towel and one little towel the whole time we was there(3days). The staff was extremely nice, but i wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff were exceptionally pleasant. The lobby Halloween decorations were fun. The property was clearly once pristine. I did not have time to fill out the convenient room repair card, but I would suggest that the maintenance crew should clean the moldy spots on the bathroom ceiling and repaint the room. Some of the tile around the tub was missing, and the wood on the vanity is pretty scuffed. A bit of TLC and new varnish would help it, as well as the equally scuffed kitchenette cabinetry. I am originally from Louisiana, so I was not surprised to see a cockroach on the bathroom ceiling, but I was also disappointed. I know that southern cockroaches found inside are attracted to water sources, but perhaps visits from the local pest removal service should be increased. And. the hairdryer did not work. I always bring my own, just in case. If needed, we would stay at this property again, but without proper and consistent maintenance, any hotel will quickly degrade.

The room had not been fully cleaned. There were pills on the floor and cereal all over the floor. No way did someone really clean, they just have just made the bed quick. I looked under the sheets at the mattress and noticed some disgusting stains that google said might be a sign of bed bugs. So disgusted that I can’t sleep.

The hotel is one step above a motel. The room smelled of stale smoke despite all rooms being "non-smoking." The staff was courteous and friendly. There are no ice machines. The room had physical damage. The room did have a full sized refrigerator and mini-kitchen which was nice. The TV was very small, <30".
