Would not recommend staying here unless you have absolutely no choice. The only thing good other than the price is it’s location. Roach infested, dirty room and furniture, and suffocating because of various odours. Staff did not want to be helpful. We canceled our stay.
The desk clerk was racist and put in a room that was not ada accessible which i ask for she put a girl with 3 children in the ada room . They put me on 2nd floor knowing i in wheelchair then she said i was a liability to there 9hotel. Well i guess i want every stay there again. And i will tell my Facebook friends not to stay there either
They confirmed my reservations twice, and didn't have a room for me when I arrived....THANK GOD!!! The property is full of nasty and unclean conditions. Shouldn't be in business. Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional If you care for your safety and wellbeing, DONT STAY HERE!!!!
Severely messed up! Paid week got 0 nights to stay
Total BS. Was charged entire week on hotels but intown suits never allowed me to stay and still nvr gave me money back! Intown says dont accept payments from hotels and hotels.com wont answer or reimburse me a dime. Was only around 350 but still with pandemic im closely watching funds and making sure i got money for whats next. Hotels pls message me
After being moved around from the hurricane we are very grateful to have a hotel that has been so accommodating and we actually feel at home away from home. I have been saving my receipts and am trying to see if we can just show fema that we have been here since we left nola from being sent from lake Charles.
Worst hotel ive ever been at. Staff put me out and called police on me. The front desk lady was very unproffessional. I would never stay there agaian . very low class establishment.
Paid for a seven night stay , made it one night ! Absolutely the most dangerous area to stay ! Fighting in the hall ways , outside the same ! Sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in them. Refrigerator was rusted and barely cool. The light on the inside was hanging down and would burn your hand. The shower and toilet was severely stained!!! Roaches in the room !!! And once the sun goes down the activity really picks up outside !!!
From the management to the workers were very polite and courteous. They tended to your needs any time of the day and night. They really make you feel like your at home away from home.
I was skeptical at first, but it is a nice stay for the price. My only complaint is people running around upstairs at all hours of the day and night, and the washing machine charged me $7 for just one load, then another $7 to dry them. That's ridiculous!
