Location is good just far enough 5 mins walk to the centre of Bath so you don't get the noise at night. The owners are really friendly and very helpful.

It was especially nice to have a private bathroom with each bedroom! We really appreciated that. The breakfasts were great, and the rooms were charming. All the amenities that we needed were provided.

Perfect Place to Stay

Really nice place with excellent location. Host were more tan wonderfull answering with real pleasure to all our requests. Super quiet so we were able to gat the needed rest for another busy day at Bath. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Avon House for a family celerbation. Julie is a wonderful host, she welcomed us warmly in to her lovely home, imparting her knowledge of the area, offering to book us taxis etc as required. The location is great just a short walk in to the centre of Bath & has free parking which is a bonus & very rare in Bath! Our rooms were comfortable, spacious & very clean. WiFi worked well in all areas. We all slept well in comfortable beds & breakfast set us up for the day each morning with a good choice of options, served by Martin. Four of us even ended up staying another night☺
