Price is good with swimming pool/breakfast. With free shutter. Driver is helpful. With I house massage in the room. Some comments, 1st day , room is smoky smell, toilet smell too. Bedsheet also not very clean. The counter staffs do not communicate with night shift staff. Booked massage but did not take in the booked. Said spa in the spa room, ended up at the room. At the end of the day, before checkin , asked for water but was rejected because we are checking out! WHAT! For breakfast, staff do not care the cleanliness of the stations and the food is not replenish even there are more guest coming in. Have to remain them. I think there are room for improvement .

Terrible. Definitely not coming back. Rooms not ready @ 1530. And try to offer me smoking room and booked non-smoking room. Go somewhere else for your money.

다른분들이 올린 후기랑 너무 달랐던 경험

직원들은 친절하였으나 객실 목욕탕 청소상태 엉망이었고(세면기에 정체모를 자국과 욕조도 마찬가지) 방은 방음이 안되어 옆방에 아주머니들 떠드는 소리 다들려서 한방에 같이 있는 느낌 들정도 였음.최악은 주말에 하는 BBQ Dinner 먹을게 일단 별로없는데 있는 음식도 기본적인것들도 너무 퀄리티 떨어짐. 맨밥과 간장소스만 세그릇 먹음. 후기보고 예약하는 편인데 이건 너무 별로었음.

For its price it is a really good option. Hotel is relatively new and nicely renovated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lift is a little small but not a problem. Toothbrush, soap and shampoo provided though the bottle is a little small. Only issue I had with the hotel was that the shower didnt really have hot water. When turned to the hottest, the water was lukewarm at best. Breakfast spread was decent.

The hotel is located in a relatively convenient spot, where you can take Gojek or Grab to nearby malls with 12k RP. The hotel is very new and the rooms are super spacious and comfy. Staff are super helpful as well, especially Andriy from front desk and Andi from Bell Service. The variety for the breakfast could be improved, and they can also speed up their food replenishment. If you come down for breakfast after 9am, the options are pretty limited. Overall it was still a great experience at the hotel and will definitely come back again.
