The property is amazing. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The prices for the amount of space and beauty are absolutely insane, and it is so close to everything. I walked everywhere. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!! I will be coming back and refuse to stay anywhere else.

The room was huge with a soaring ceiling, beautifully painted. A very unique experience. Sraff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was substantial with boiled eggs, cold meats, cheese, and pastries. Further to previous reviews, dishes were stoneware and cutlery was metal.

Lovely ceiling

So the good is that the rooms were very cool. Amazing ceilings. Bed was comfy. But… very little if any hot water, the smallest towels I have ever had, and it’s on the street. So between the partying and the people upstairs running laps until 3am not much sleep. If ur good with that and want to be downtown u will love it. Maybe I’m too old for that though

Nice place needing a little update

😀 Very nice room and very nice terrasse. Sisuites is very centrally located only 100 m from the pedestrian street 😟 Light in room should be fixed. It turned on and off automatically and we never found out how to keep the light in the ceiling on. The same with the bathroom. Stayed 3 nights - after first night they did not clean the room. After second night we ran out of toilet paper and with no one at the b&b except in the morning this was pretty annoying and we had ourselves to find a box tissues in the reception.

Nice spacious rooms, good breakfast, and friendly service. Close to train station, supermarket next door and university across the street. Once inside it is nice but the street is very busy. Easy to walk to major locations and convenient to go to other cities. The breakfast was great, and the gentleman who was overseeing breakfast was very helpful. He was refilling our coffee and water before we could ask. He even packed us a breakfast to go on the morning of our early departure. He even gave us some cookies that we enjoyed at breakfast each morning, he paid attention to what we liked The towels are smaller than I am used to, so we asked for extra towels, and they were placed every day in our room, and we did not have to ask again. They do provide bathrobes and slippers. The court yard is very nice, and we sat out there nightly and had cocktails. Good value for the price.

If you can overlook the immediate neighborhood and the unique logistics (staff not always on site), the place was extremely nice. Not far from the promenade and train station, and a beautiful interior

Great staff and service, the room was incredible, clean, huge and came with every toiletry to help if you’ve forgotten anything. I couldn’t get over the value at this hotel, we stayed in the presidential suite and felt like royalty. The front entrance is a little strange and the tv wasn’t connected to the wifi which was a little annoying but who needs tv in such a beautiful place. Started my morning with a cappuccino on the balcony made in house as part of the breakfast option. I would recommend this place to anyone you’d have to see it to believe it

Veldig stort rom og hyggelig personale. Uteplass å sitte utenfor rommet. Der kunne det vært gjort litt mer; bedre utemøbler. De hadde litt problemer med lyset som slo seg av automatisk. Spesielt på badet og i oppgangen. Håper de får ordnet det. (Huseier er klar over dette)

En fin leilighet sentralt i Bari

En fin og komfortabel leilighet kun 5 minutter fra Bari Sentral stasjon. Resepsjonen er bemannet kun til kl 13:00. Frokost er dessverre ikke veldig imponerende og har ganske begrenset valg.

Træt og misvedligeholdt

God, venlig og hjælpsom vært. Central beliggenhed. Rammen har en gang været super flot, men det hele fremstår slidt og misvedligeholdt. Mange af stikkontakterne virkede ikke, og er måske også farlig? Terrassen var i en forfærdelig stand, både planter og møbler var meget trætte og triste. Morgenmaden endnu mere trist, vil faktisk heller springe den over.

Pubblicità ingannevole. Struttura OK

Esperienza senz’altro positiva, a meno della non piacevole sorpresa del prezzo applicato. La pubblicità della struttura sul sito Hotels è infatti senz’altro ingannevole, in quanto il prezzo proposto per la stanza, fino a dopo la conferma effettuata, era pubblicizzato per due ospiti. A prenotazione effettuata (rimborsabile, in caso di disdetta, con addebito della prima notte) è stato richiesto il nominativo di un solo ospite. La struttura ha poi confermato la prenotazione per 1 ospite, tanto che immediatamente abbiamo telefonato per chiarire che saremmo stati in due. E’ stato confermato che non ci sarebbero stati problemi … A ridosso della data di arrivo ci è stato comunicato che il prezzo, per due ospiti, doveva essere incrementato del 30% circa rispetto al pattuito e pubblicizzato nel sito (in cui compariva chiaramente che il prezzo offerto era riferito alla stanza e NON AL ‘POSTO LETTO’!) Segnalato il problema via chat ad Hotels.com, stiamo ancora aspettando (dopo essere tornati a casa!) la risposta. La struttura merita ed e’ ben gestita, ma di certo non altrettanto il sito di prenotazione. La zona del B&B, prossima alla Stazione centrale, purtroppo, in particolare nelle ore serali, e’ trascurata e sporca per i rifiuti abbandonati dagli esercizi commerciali vicini, gestiti da extracomunitari. Per il resto tutto bene, anche se forse esistono buone alternative, visto il prezzo pagato!
