The hotel itself was very pretty. My room was big & quiet, but it felt really humid so I would feel hot even with the air conditioner on. The room was mostly clean but there were dirty spots on the couch & the bidet spray was very dirty so I never used it. Other than those issues, I would recommend staying at this hotel because it was mainly clean, comfortable, & the staff were very nice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Hotel De Prime @ Rangnam – Your Tailor Made I had a fantastic experience staying at Hotel De Prime @ Rangnam. The hotel is stylish, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay relaxing and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which truly made a difference. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and transportation. What stood out most was the calm atmosphere and the personalized service that made me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and would happily stay here again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a refreshing welcome drink on arrival. We were delighted to receive a free room upgrade, which made our visit even better. The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, close to excellent public transport links.

The breakfast menu lacked variety, but the options available were manageable. There's a 7/11 nearby, some restaurants 3 minute walk from the hotel, there's a laundromat, spa as well within very close proximity. The bed was very hard making it hard to sleep. In the hallway, there were dirty kitchen plates someone had left on the floor and I would see it abandoned there for 2 days, when staff should have removed it immediately. The front desk and hotel staff (doorman, baggage handler) offered overall great service.

Overall great stay. Our room smelled humidity. We found out the plumming under the sink wa sleaking and it was fixed right away but the smell stayed... probably related only to our room. Breakfast is good, well located, pool is great. Woudl say there again.

AMAZING!!!! thank you so much this hotel was sooo good. staff were so friendly I don't have one bad word about de prime. as a young traveler I felt safe here, about 4 7elevens within 5 mins walk. room was cleaned so well, me and my friend were quite messy and did a lot of shopping so we always had a lot of rubbish in the room but the cleaners were amazing. its a really good location to all the malls too. would definitely recommend this hotel, and to stay during Songkran is a MUST!!! they had parades on the road at appropriate times of the day, was really safe to celebrate and play watertight. rooftop pool is gorgeous too!! food was a bit expensive compared to outside the hotel but we just ordered Grab, an alternative to Uber. Thank you so much will definitely return.

The public areas were fine, but the bedroom furniture were rather used and looking a bit tired. The room description indicated that the bathroom was equipped with a rainfall shower, but that was not the case. We had to change rooms after the second night as the AC was too loud and this kept us up during the night. There was also an issue with condensation from the AC where water was dripping onto the desk where we were charging our phones and devices! Luckily no damage was done. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and allowed us to switched rooms.
