Great resort with everything you need.

We had a great few nights here. We stayed in a deluxe cabin with hot tub. Modern, roomy mobile home which was well equipped and very clean. Bag of home grown produce on arrival was a nice touch. Hot tub was large and clean. Site has loads of stuff to do, some food options, which are reasonably priced. The local town of Bale is worth a trip, sleepy oldy worldly place. We would go back.

Overall this journey was fantastic. We were in a mobile home. 3generations: the youngest was 1.5 year old. The oldest was 60. Everybody enjoyed all the programs and activities.

The Porto Bus restaurant staff and food quality were amazing. The photos on expedia mixed up the seaside villa and luxury villa photos....so what was expected....especially for the price ..was a huge miss. Never would have booked for that price if the pictures truly represented the cottage. What we expected was some space....there wasnt room to unpack or store 1 carryon sized luggage let alone 4 for the family. The neighnours were 20' apart and their smoking preveted us from having open windows or being able to eat or enjoy the deck. Sites are so close together that the noise was awful. The campground is packed like sardines. The beach is a large rock/stone making it difficult to get in and out, even with water shoes. Glad we were here for one night only. The sheets abd mattresses were nice. Wish i could get a refund.

Sehr gepflegtes Anlage(Camping Villa) in ansprechender Umgebung.Selbst die Stellplätze und Sanitären Anlage des Campingplatzes haben mir als Ex-Camper sehr gefallen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass die Anlage zweigeteilt ist, aber durch einen Shuttle-Zug gut verbunden. Aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal, zusätzlich sogar ein funktionierender KI-Assistent, der mir tatsächlich weitergeholfen hat- hat auch nicht jeder. Rundum zu empfehlen.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – nicht für ältere Menschen geeignet Das größte Ärgernis war, dass in der Hotelbeschreibung absolut nicht erwähnt wird, dass dieser Ort für ältere Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ungeeignet ist. Ich hatte meine Eltern mitgenommen, um gemeinsam Urlaub zu machen und im Meer zu schwimmen – aber sie hatten überhaupt keine Möglichkeit dazu. Ich hatte eine Beach-Villa gebucht, die sich jedoch im Wald befand. Das Meer war komplett von Bäumen verdeckt, sodass wir es nicht einmal sehen konnten. Es gibt keinerlei barrierefreien Zugang zum Meer. Der Weg dorthin war so steil und uneben, dass man sich leicht die Beine hätte brechen können. Ich musste meine Eltern mit dem Auto auf die andere Seite des Strandes bringen – auch dort lagen große Steine, sodass sie das Meer leider nicht genießen konnten. Zweitens hat uns überrascht, dass die Reinigung der Unterkunft 40 Euro kostet – das ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Und drittens: In keinem anderen Hotel haben wir erlebt, dass der Check-in erst ab 15 oder 16 Uhr möglich ist, der Check-out aber schon bis 10 Uhr erfolgen muss – und es war nicht einmal möglich, den Aufenthalt um eine Stunde zu verlängern. Gerade für ältere Menschen, die sich langsamer fertig machen, ist das ein großes Problem. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung.

Toller Campingplatz. Unterkunft war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass der Platz in zwei Teile geteilt ist und die zu Fuß weit auseinander sind.

Sehr schöne Anlage, traumhafte Lage, der neue Spa Bereich ist klasse. Durch die Lage in der Natur hatten wir allerdings ein Problem mit Ratten, die auf dem Dach des Mobile Homes waren. Wir haben dieses Problem gemeldet. Ob da etwas gemacht wurde, können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Eine tote Ratte vor dem Haus wurde zügig entfernt.

Super schöne, ruhige und schattige Anlage. Waren eine Woche mit zwei Kleinkindern in der Villa Prestige. Geräumiges, modernes Häuschen mit Spühl- und Waschmaschine! Service war super, frisches Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau als Willkommensgeschenk. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
