Perfect ski in/out condo

This condo worked out perfectly for my family of four. We had all the amenities of the Ritz Carlton plus a nice living room and kitchen to relax in. Beautiful views of the mountains and couldn’t be easier to take advantage of the great skiing in Beaver Creek from this location.

This 2-Bed, 2-Bath condo was incredible. Full kitchen and great views. The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch restaurants and amenities are amazing. Great area to hike as well. Convenient on demand shuttle with app made going anywhere in Beaver Creek very easy and efficient. Will be back.Tom H.

Great stay - convenience

We had a great trip! The Ritz Residence has the convenience of being insight at the resort but benefit of having a full kitchen and plenty of space to spread out, which was great with an infant. The unit met expectations. Note the unit only has an espresso maker, not a coffee maker, if that matters to you. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing trip!

We had a wonderful time at the Ritz. We loved this unit. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. It was very quiet because it was at the end of the hallway. Great live music in the lobby and you can order food there as well. My youngest daughter enjoyed the kids camp one day also. Our host responded promptly to any request and very helpful. Look forward to our next trip!

Beautiful property, exceptional service

It is always a treat to stay at the Ritz. Only complaint was the noise at night. Usually this kind of hotel has quieter rooms. We listened to fighting neighbors and maintenance crew on their walker talkies in the hall at all hours of the night. Food & drink is just ok at Buffalos, but service is great here and everywhere. Beyond dog-friendly, which could be good or bad depending on what you’re looking for.

Great room, service and stay

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past but this was the first time doing it with VRBO. The room is identical to others we have stayed in. It was in overall very good condition. Air Conditioners all need some work but we have found similar issues with air conditioning in other rooms here in the past. We had some questions during our stay and the communication with the property manager went very smoothly. We enjoyed ourselves so much that after a planned 2 week stay, they helped us to extend our stay for another week. The property manager worked with us to make it happen which we were very thankful for. We would definitely do this again through VRBO, we saved around 40% from standard hotel rates and other than maid service only coming every other day, the experience is exactly the same. I highly recommend this room and this property management company.

Wonderful Thanksgiving week!

Our family of four loved our stay at this property. We’ve stayed at this Ritz several times before in a suite but now with two teen boys, we needed more room. It was actually two connecting rooms-a large suite with full living room/kitchen and spacious two queen room. Other than renting through VRBO (and only every other day housekeeping), we were treated as regular guests of the property. Will definitely look to book this unit again when we return!

The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch is a great property in every respect. My family loves it there and we have stayed several times now. The rooms were great (nice views, clean, well kept, and accurately described), the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the property is gorgeous, surrounded by amazing scenery. The property managers did a great job providing information and being available to help - it was very easy. We look forward to going back!

Awesome ski weekend

Great property - will need help to operate appliances.

Lovely, Ritz level of housekeeping was perfect for us. We did need more instructions on how to get into w/d, make dryer only come on, turn on stove, and operate expresso machine. We are all used to these appliances but we had to use Mr Google a number of times to get everything working. A laminated instruction sheet would have been great!

The Ritz is fabulous!

Even during the pandemic, the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch is a dream. They take every precaution they can with safety and cleanliness. It was nice to have our own kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals in the room, instead of going out or going downstairs into the restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely return again.

The condo and resort are perfect for a family ski trip!

Clean, great location, quiet, there is nothing but great things to say about the condo. The service at the Ritz is only the best. Very accommodating for a family with kids, making for a very easy and fun ski trip for everyone.

Air conditioning not working well in one of our rooms. We could not get the dryer to work (stayed on washing mode) and the stove top trot turning off. Great location and service but appliance need updating and maintenance.

Doesn't get much better!

We had the best time staying at this residence within the Ritz during Christmas week. The unit is great. It is 2 floors above the lobby (6th floor) and looks out onto the mountain. it is like 2 spacious hotel rooms, separated by a common area of the kitchen and living room in between - so there is a lot of privacy within the unit. We were a family of 5 (2 parents and three kids) so it was great to have the kids on their own side of the unit. As part of renting this unit, you are just like a typical guest of the hotel - you can order room service, and have access to everything the hotel has to offer - which is amazing (gym, spa, game room etc) The service at the property is incredible and all the staff are so helpful and accommodating to whatever your needs are. There are great restaurants & bars, live music during apres ski and in the evening in the lobby area. There is also a little coffee shop in the lobby that is great for morning coffee and muffins etc. The staff at the ski valet areas are amazing and if you are skiing with young children - they will help put the boots on and off for the whole family!! Our kids our older but this would have been an amazing perk when they were younger (and even though we don't "need" the help, was certainly nice!) , We stayed for 5 days and had an amazing time!! We will definitely be back, and I would love to rent this unit again. Also want to add - we have stayed in Beaver Creek village several times and loved those condos, but this property takes the cake for offering the best of everything.
