We had a lovely stay at the SoCo Studio! Plenty of room, clean, comfortable, private. Great location! Quick walk to South Congress, beautiful neighborhood! The management company was easy to work with and quick with communication.

Friends Getaway

The Studio was the perfect spot to get around to all the best spots. A six minute walk to South Congress but tucked away in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, live music at The Continental, nice shops and Amy’s Ice Cream! It was also very easy to hop on the highway to get to Waco or San Antonio or Roundtop within 60-90 minutes. Wonderful !

We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is very cute and super close to S Congress. We slept extremely well, and could tell that the hosts take great pride in this rental unit. Would definitely stay again!

Nice property, very clean. Really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The only negative thing I have to say is the AC isn’t as cold as we prefer and there isn’t a curtain in the bathroom for the window.

This cozy suite was perfect for us with all the amenities we needed. Getting an Uber never took more than 3 minutes. Getting to places was really quick! Management was very attentive too.

Great home away from home

We loved our stay at the SoCo Studio! The location was great, close to South Congress and within reasonable driving distance to a lot of the things we wanted to do in Austin. The studio itself was extremely clean and very comfortable. It was a perfect home base for us during our visit to Austin. Lodgewell was awesome to work with and excellent in their communications. They even left us some local snacks and provided coffee, which we really appreciated! I’d travel back to Texas just to stay in a Lodgewell-managed property: highly recommend!

Beautiful but hot

This unit is so cute and in a great area. However, it was unbelievably hot. The unit only has a small wall unit. Even with it on high and running nonstop, I almost had to leave and check-in to a different hotel. It never cooled off :(

Prime location in a charming walkable neighborhood

This lovely property was just blocks away from South Congress, a convenient walk from restaurants and interesting sights in the neighborhood. We could stroll to breakfast when we wished without always having to drive. The apartment is on a quiet, charming street with friendly neighbors. It was also easy to drive to other places of interest in downtown Austin and out of town. The apartment itself was sparkling and attractive - exactly as shown in photos. We enjoyed a meal or two on the balcony, and really appreciated having a washer/dryer onsite. It was easy to communicate with the property manager, and any questions we had were quickly answered. It felt like our home away from home. We would love to stay here again next time we're in Austin. Thank you for making our first trip to Texas extra special!

Great location! Close to S. Congress which has shopping, restaurants, bars, live music.. everything! It was easy to work with the property manager - I recommend texting them because that was the quickest way to communicate. It was very clean and they supplied snacks, a few non-alcoholic drinks, shampoo, body wash, makeup remover wipes, etc. It was very quiet even though we were so close to the night life. My husband slept amazing but I had a hard time sleeping. The bed was uncomfortable for me but he loved it. Definitely a preference thing. Overall, we would stay here again. Highly recommend!
