Negatives: Very noisy from road and neighbours (loud music & shouting at 3am from property next door). Poor maintenance (shower door not closing). Very limited kitchen crockery & cutlery (no spoons or bowls and no cooking utensils to use with pans). Only 2 x bath towels supplied - no other towels or kitchen linen. Positives: comfortable bed, easy parking, easy check-in.

The room was not clean i think they moved a side drawer near the bed the dirt were all on the carpet with no forks and the service very poor i rang them twice for some glasses the lady said they will bring it. The next day i rang and the manager said they don't have them. The people staying at their other motel next door so noisy they left their dogs unleashed not safe and before i check out the young couple had an arguement from that motel. The good thing was closer to bruce pulman but never book this place in the future.

What started out ok, called the number on the office, she came was nice, showed us our room were the towels were and air con etc.,. We thought oh nice service then she left us to it, that when it all turned bad. Took my shoes off stepped on the carpet to feel my stocks getting wet though, Then we could smell the carpet cleaner ( yuck ), the carpet was so wet, you stood on it and could see the bubble's. ( Made sense why the air con and windows were open. ) I went straight to her and asked for a different room... She said no other rooms available, so her solution was piece of square carpets on top of the wet carpet. We weren't happy so started looking for somewhere else to stay but nothing available at such sort notice. So we had to deal with it, but then we noticed Dog hair all over the floor ( we are dog owners this is beyond disgusting ) Windows weren't clean, jug had dirt all over it ( thank god I brought sanitiser to clean it and everything else we had to touch) Bathroom door had blood and other marks on it . To be honest it was like it was an emergency housing that person left so they quickly did the floors and had us in it. We went for a walk to get dinner came back to our door card not working.... the owner was sitting in his car, saw us and came and uses his master key card, yep worked... So this guy knew our card wasn't working and did nothing. I had to wait in the room while my partner went out so we could get back in again ( WHAT A JOKE )

Room was clean, limited pillows and no extra blankets. Basics all there. Noisy location, which I thought it would be, as on main road, but there is no sound proofing, and neighbour next door plays loud doof doof music.

Parking was fine. Location was OK. It is a Motel so desk not staffed all the time for check in. We arrived at about 8pm and no one was there so had to call for someone to come. Even though I had confirmations from Expedia they still told me that 2 of the 3 rooms I booked were not paid for. Rooms were upstairs so challenging with bags for older people in our group. They were clean although they had a smoky smell and it should be a smoke free facility. Seems like they are making an effort to refurbish an older building. Some things were modern some were not. We were only there for one night. I would not stay there long term.

The room we stayed in the sink in kitchenette was leaking through the vanity and had to use the towels so wasnt go0d and carpet hadnt been vaccumed. Will not be returning to this motel ever again

Couldn't find my booking stating they had no bookings for the day, eventually ending with.... we have 1 booking which happen to be my mine. Booking for 2 adults 2 children only provided 2 towels and half a roll of toilet paper, no tea towels and big square tiles outside front entrance 2nd level unsecure/loose...

Upon arrival there is no visible signs of where the office is so I called to ask and then the manager came from out of his car (he pulled up just before me, however I did not know he was the manager) Room was not as clean, had a shoe left under the bed, floor was dirty, cups were dirty, walls needed to be painted from fix ups that were visible. Customer service was terrible and unprofessional and bad communication when I called several times. The only best thing for me was the location. Will probably not return back there again, will also let other family and friends know about my experience. You can do better!

Nous n'avons pas eu de chambre dans ce motel. Quand nous sommes arrivés, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre et qu'on nous relocalisait dans un autre motel à cinq minute de là. Un motel qui ne ressemblait pas à un motel, vieux, très petit comme chambre, pas de bureau, pas de wifi, des graffitis sur les murs, salle de bain rénovée mais travaux mal exécuté. On aurait dit une vieilles maison qu'on aurait divisé les pieces pour en faire des chambres mais rien n'est terminé. Bref, très déçu!
