The hotel is very centrally located, many restaurants in the area. The hotel wasn't the most cleaned Hampton Inn we visited. I think the hotel needs a little tlc.

In Room 214 we could not get the tv remote to turn off the TV. Hubby checked for switches, buttons on the screen and Nope. We were problem solvers and unplugged the tv. Yes, we are “mature” but still IT professionals. LOL Everything was really nice in the room though. Breakfast was also good on 9/13. We like our stays at Hampton Inn

We stayed for a weekend. The room was clean I just wish we would have gotten room service and fresh towels but we did not. I don’t like having to request it because I forget! I have a million things to do since we had our kids with us. It was a nice stay, I think just that killed it for me.

The staff were friendly, courteous and y pleasant. The facility was clean and well-staffed. Our primary complaint was how dark the room was. My wife had problems applying her makeup and fixing her hair.

The rooms are nice and updated. I like that there is no carpet, as it feels cleaner. Lots of renovation going on in the lobby area, which is good to see, but was the only inconvenience to our stay

Wouldn’t stay here again

Bring your earplugs. There are sirens from an ambulance and nearby hospital that go all night long. The hotel is getting a bit run down and in need of some updates. Our bathroom smelled like animal urine. The upside is the employees were nice and we had a safe visit. Also the best doughnuts you will ever have are just down the street at Cafe Racer.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and attractive. Very nice big screen TV. Excellent breakfast. Check-in was a little slow—I was told it was shift change and they would be with me shortly. The two desk employees seemed to be trying to find a key card that another employee was supposed to leave. I had to wait about 10 minutes while they sorted things out. No big deal, really. Overall, a good experience
