Good overnight stop

The hotel is as you would expect - basic, but clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and the pastries in particular were very good. Only negatives: (1) the AC in my room needed a service. The fan was incredibly noisy on the high setting, so I turned it to low. Which meant there was no white noise to drown out loud neighbours, some of whom only arrived around 3 AM (2) the room was very clean, save for the crushed corpses of several mosquitoes (and the blood of their victims) adorning the walls and headboards above the beds. I would stay here again.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de kamer had een fijne douche. Daarom twee sterren. Verder vond ik de accommodatie erg verouderd. Wat mij betreft tijd voor nieuwbouw. Helaas werkt de poort niet en stond mijn auto op een open terrein in een kritische buurt. Het slot van de kamer deed raar, waardoor ik niet wist, of de deur nu op slot zat of niet. Ik voelde hierom niet veilig en ben eerder weggegaan. De accommodatie heet meer de kenmerken van een F1 hotel. De prijs is er ook naar. Ik vond het een verkeerde keuze.

Un personne au top de l’accueil, très souriant et compétent. Cela est très rare de nos jours, le petit déjeuner était parfait, la chambre lumineuse et fonctionnelle, une Clim silencieuse qui fonctionne à merveille, quelques taches sur les prises et draps, mais cela minime. Pour le prix cela reste très correct.

Très médiocre , sale

Hôtel qui aurait besoin d’un très gros rafraîchissements. Ma première chambre était très sale , cheveux dans la douche , literie sale , tache sur les couvertures et oreillers . Je ne vous parle même pas de la qualité de la literie. Parlons maintenant de l’odeur , ma première chambre avait une odeur de tabac froid , le client de la chambre à côté c’est mis à fumée , l’odeur pénétrer dans la mienne . Le lendemain après réclamation , le ménage n’a pas amélioré la chambre et les draps toujours tachés, j’ai donc demandé un changement de chambre . Chambrée Numero 2 , pas vraiment mieux , toujours cette odeur de tabac froid et la literie avait une odeur. Après réclamation, on nous dit que oui les gens fument !!!!!!!!! Nous étions en période de forte chaleurs , et la Clim en plus des boutons cassé ne fonctionnait pas , juste un gros ventile . Le petit déjeuner est médiocre , le minimum du minimum . La restauration est quasi inexistante, on a été prévenu des nôtres arrivée que les repas étaient simplistes et que le choix n’était que de 2 plats . On est bien loin de la qualité d’un campanile

Unfortunately on arrival I was told that the booking I had made on Hotels.com wasn’t valid as the system wasn’t recognising that the hotel was full. However, Patricia the manager couldn’t have been more helpful and manger to find me a hotel room very close by. She was fantastic.

Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und unbedingt renovierungsbedürftig. In unserem Zimmer und im Bad herrschte ein modriger Geruch (schwarzer Schimmel), der in Intervallen durch einen Duftspender überdeckt wurde. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
