The location is awesome because you are not far from the red sea and surrounded by the Jordan desert.

Beautiful facility, not 5-star types, but what you want at a costal town. Very rustic, earthen, you get the feel that you truly are in the vicinity of ocean.

The place is a diving center with private rooms, which I found to be in clean condition and is overall satisfied. The family running the place is extremely accommodating. Some of the rooms may be a bit far from the WiFi router but the WiFi overall is excellent and throughout all common areas. Would definitely return again for future stays (as well as to go diving after I get my certification!)

Great place and great service

My first time scuba diving. Abood and Yaseen, the instructors have been great, super prepared, friendly and professional. I have really enjoyed the experience, the area is just great for diving. Corinna at the reception has been extremely helpful and basically organised my trip to the desert for me at a very good price.I will definitely go back and get the diving licence here!

The Bonds in Aqaba

This is the perfect place to stay if you're looking to go scuba diving, snorkeling or just a day at the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is excellent. The breakfast is basic and there aren't many dining options nearby.

Welcome by the Sea

This is a very welcoming place and the team make you feel at home. The focus is, of course, on the diving, which is excellent, but the staff go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one.

​We stayed for a night at this hotel and we were very impressed by the kindness of the people there, everybody made us feel like at home. The place and the room were very clean, with a comfortable bed. We also appreciate the delicious breakfast in the morning. A special thank you to Mohammed, who was there for our first scuba diving experience! He explained us very well the basics and we felt in confidence the whole time of the diving, he was very patient with us and it was clear that he loves his work to help others discovering his passion! Good stay, nice people

The pool and breakfast area is lovely, the breakfast was really nice and varied, the staff were all very friendly, and the dive centre was good. The room was basic (as expected) but very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we did have was with noise from other guests - as the rooms are in two rows facing each other, there were some groups of friends who were all in the rooms surrounding ours. This meant that they all congregated on the benches outside our rooms. Whilst the noise didn't go on past 11:30, we were tired after a long day and it would have been nice to get an early night! This isn't really the hotels fault but maybe they should try to keep groups together in adjacent rooms to avoid this.
