Thought the property is beautiful, it needs lots of maintenance. There were several things broken or not working properly. The property’s main attraction, the sauna and the steam room didn’t work. The cabin’s main door lock was broken and the light bulb in front of the cabin didn’t work…. Sometimes we didn’t have hot water in the shower

Es una muy buena opción para descansar, el clima y el paisaje inigualables. La piscina privada me encantó, además del spa y la piscina grande con hidroterapia. Muy recomendable!

Necesita remodelación y mantenimiento

El hotel es cómodo, amplio y tranquilo, tiene muchos espacios para caminar y disfrutar del clima, respirar aire puro y pasar unos días de descanso. Las instalaciones necesitan remodelación, algunas zonas como la piscina están algo maltratadas, si no invierten en el mantenimiento deberían bajar los precios!

Un lugar para descansar y desconectarse del mundo. El personal muy atento. Nos pareció un poco costoso para lo que ofrece. Los masajes de presión no fueron muy buenos.

Mala experiencia

Terrible instalaciones descuidadas sin mantenimiento las sábanas y toallas no olían como si estuvieran limpias, servicio regular y la comida normal no sorprende sabores planos porciones absurdas sopa fría poca variedad. En fin no les interesa el bienestar de los huéspedes y qué decir del concepto wellnes un hotel spa que tiene sauna dañado y las barandas de la piscina en mal estado. De no volver

Excelente lugar para desconectarse

El hotel es muy tranquilo y silencioso, ideal para quienes lo valoren. Las cabañas son super amplias y tiene una zona privada con hamaca y piscina. Solo les mejoraría la limpieza, en los tres días que estuvimos la piscina no fue limpiada y tenía muchos insectos muertos dentro por lo cual no la pudimos disfrutar. De resto creo que el circuito hidrico es muy bueno, y la atención en el restaurante es impecable y rápida. Las porciones nos parecieron adecuadas, la comida está bien. Puede parecer restringida para quienes buscan comida y opciones en abundancia. Hay pocas actividades en los alrededores, creo que está bien para una o dos noches.

Buena opción de desconexión. Si recomendaría el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, se estan deteriorando. Mejorar la explicación a la entrega de la habitación verificando funcionamiento de luces, registros del agua y fuente de agua de la piscina privada de la habitación. Mejorar el aseo en las habitaciones, se veían telarañas debajo de algunas superficies. Claridad en lo que incluyen los planes. Actualización oportuna de la página web por cambio de tarifas y planes. Implementar un mejor sistema de registro de gastos adicionales, asegurando la habitación que reporta.

El lugar correspondiente al circuito SPA está bien organizado, el lugar es tranquilo , la cabaña que nos correspondió uno de los cuartos tenía el baño sin techo y no tenía puerta lo cual hizo que en la noche no fuera cómodo por el tema de una tempestad fuerte y de que se ingresaran vichos, y el tema del restaurante fue terrible, en una de las noches de cenas duramos dos horas para pode ser atendidos, el precio que se paga por el servicio es muy alto.

Mejorar servicios ofrecidos

El lugar es propicio para el descanso, el entorno es agradable. Este hotel tiene 3 estrellas, pero es de costo alto $740.000 por noche,cobran como si fuera 5 estrellas. Cuenta con amplio espacio en cada habitación y un mobiliario sencillo, baño confortable. Las personas se encargan de prestar buena atención en el circuito hídrico, son muy amables. Pero, aún tiene mucho por mejorar, si compensamos el costo es desproporcional a la calidad del lugar. El aseo de la piscina de la habitación es regular, siempre tuvo hojas y cosas en su interior que no la hacían ver agradable. Falta mantenimiento locativo en sus instalaciones. La habitación no cuenta con secador de cabello, plancha, bolsas para ropa húmeda. Frente a la alimentación deben mejorar sustancialmente, las ensaladas a pesar de ser sencillas no tienen ni aceite de oliva o una vinagreta que las acompañe. Los platos vegetarianos muy pequeños. La carta en si es muy limitada.Los jugos muy aguados. Deben mejorar como tal para que sea compensado costo vs servicios ofrecidos. Y todo lo que desees te cobran adicional, caminata, masajes, etc.No hay paquetes que incluyan todo lo requerido.

El hotel es muy lindo, si el pròposito es descanso y tranquilidad es adecuado. La comida es excelente. Las vias de acceso estan regulares. Tal vez le falta un gimnasio. En el precio de la habitacion deberian incluir la caminata ecologica.
