The indoor pool is very small and poorly heated. You have to walk through an open area between the blocks and enclosed spaces. The food is good. The quality of the drinks is poor. Definitely not a winter hotel, but it could be for summer.

Amazing experience the hotel was clean. Activities for children although my son hust wanted to stay in the swimming pool all the time. Staff were very polite. Food was 10/10. The circus was the best. Shout out to Pop Corn Circus they were amazing. As a family we loved the hotel and would definetly go back

Amazing venue with good food and exceptional entertainment. One major issue for us, however, was that the hotel doesn’t heat the pools until the 1st of November. During our stay in mid-October, the pool temperature averaged around 20°C, which was quite cold. For many families visiting from the UK during the half-term break, the warm weather and swimming pools are a big part of the attraction, so this really limited how much guests — especially children — could enjoy swimming. The hotel confirmed that they heat the pools to around 26°C from November onwards, but I think it’s a mistake not to start this earlier. It seems this policy is common among hotels in the area. October is an ideal time to visit because the summer months can be far too hot, so it’s disappointing that the pools aren’t heated during this key period for families. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay — particularly the fantastic evening entertainment for the kids.

I stayed for 10 days and found the hotel to be impeccably clean. The rooms are a decent size and are cleaned daily. The staff is generally helpful, though there were instances where they came across as rude. The quality of the drinks was disappointing; the alcohol was barely detectable, and the soft drinks like Coke and Fanta were flat. While there is a wide variety of food options, not all were to my taste, and some dishes felt repetitive. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, but the bands tended to perform the same songs, such as "Waka Waka" and "We Will Rock You," which were also played in the nightclub. I would definitely consider staying here again, but I don't believe it meets the standards of a five-star hotel. That said, it is still worth a visit.

Nice entertainment. Many activities and good food selection. Drinks at the beach are average or below. Customer Relations need work. The lady at that desk was on her cell phone while talking to us. She looks like in a hurry for us to leave. Her instructions of how to get to the beach were vague. Our phone at the room did not work. She said someone will go to fix it. Nobody came. The QR information at the room did not work either. She said that is common. Employees need more customer service training!

Overall the resort was really good, 8/10. It needs a few improvements to make the experience better. 1- The resort had no regulations or any sort of rules for smokers. Everyone in the resort was smoking inside and out like they were drinking water. Thats a big issue especially since it’s a kids resort as well. 2- They had no restrictions for kids. Parents would bring their 1 year old child to nightclub events and other entertainment events. They need to have more rules in place. Now the good things about the resort are the food, beach, and pool. The food buffet that was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was absolutely amazing! 10/10 Food. The beach was beautiful and clean as well. Very nice view and relaxing. 10/10 Beach. And the pool was huge as well and super clean! 10/10 Pool. The resort is nice but it has a few things that need to be changed. I would recommend it for first time guests.
