Staff at this hotel made the experience better. From the wait staff to the front desk ladies to the night staff member. We arrived early morning, although our room wasn’t ready due to how early we arrive the staff work hard to hard us a place to sleep, gave us tea and coffee and check in with us every hour. View is amazing, the breakfast is delicious and pair with the outside patio over looking the water was great. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want a quiet relaxing vacation with fantastic views and easy access to transportation.

THE PRICE DOESNT REFLECT THE PROPERTY !,BYPASS .

4 night stay was not that good . I spent most of my time at the hotel next door..This was due to the attitude of the monkey at the entrance to the restaurant part of the hotel ,on the beach side . As a resident i was invited to some party , and me and my friends atrempted to go and have a look to see whether or not it was worth a visit . We had a look over the cliff and it was quite empty, but the monkey told us it was busy and to come back tomorrow. Reminded me of when i was a kid trying to get in pubs . " your name is not on the list " scenario . Between that and the tiny "Deluxe " room it was terrible. I would never stay there again !,

From the moment we reached lucky monkey hotel, it was disappointment after disappointment. Firstly the beds did not come with any sort of comforter and none were provided when requested upon. The windows of the hotel were left open leaving 100's of insects to enter the room leaving sleeping near impossible. Thirdly, prices constantly changed from what was advertised, when looking at prices for massages by the hotel they seemed reasonable but when approached to pay for the service they were unreasonably increased. Lastly and the worst, we paid for this hotel because of the beach advertised, when we went to go use the beach we were met with a hotel staff who was incredibly hostile with us treating us incredibly rudley and worst declining entrance to use the beach. Initially he didn't even believe we were guest but after proving we were he told to come back after 2 hours after we reserved a spot, after coming back two hours later he still refused entrance for us even though there were spaces and the guests and had clearly changed showing he did not take our reservation seriously. Incredibly disappointing, could not use any of the services advertised, rude staff and disappointing food service as well. Would never recommend this place for anyone staying, especially if they are planning to book because of the beach or the food.

Avoid! We paid extra to have the sea view room nut the a/c didnt work. So we had to be moved. Even though we had to be moved to a cheaper room, the manager refused to refund us the difference. Bizarre Also, don’t book rooms at the front with seaview. They have huge windows and the rooms heat up like a green house. Which is a real problem when the a/c doesnt work. Pros: Mustafa - very friendly. 2 of the staff on the desk. The beach club area. Negatives. The beach club was SUPER expensive. Small, hot rooms at the front. Weird indoor pool you have to access through the din8ng room (No outdoor pool) It was all a bit ‘fur coat and no knickers’ as in trying to be super cool and trendy but a/c that didnt work, slightly grubby bathrooms and windows and a bathroom door handle that came off in my hand. If I had been staying on my own in the room I would have been trapped in the bathroom all night!!

Es war sehr enttäuschend & die Nächte übers Wochenende war laut, die Gäste die dort anwesend waren sehr sehr laut gewesen, sogar nachts 4:30 war ein Gast einer Gast eingescheckt und voll unter Alkohol Konsum und die Personal weiterhin Alkohol durch Zimmer Service serviert, habe meine Beschwerde an die Rezeption weitergeleitet und gesagt es ist normal hier. Und Personal war überfordert und habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Ich würde das Hotel als Tages Besuch Bereich für Terrassen Ambiente empfehlen wenn sein muss aber nicht zum schlafen. Das Hotel hat mir sehr einfachen Eindruck gelassen. Ich würde nicht noch einmal hingehen

konumu şahane, manzara harika ama hizmet bu potansiyelin çok gerisinde kalmış. Lucky Monkey Otel’de çift olarak konakladık. Akşam giriş yaptık ancak resepsiyondaki görevli maalesef güler yüzlü değildi; sanki işi zorla yapıyormuş hissi verdi. Odayla, otelle ya da genel işleyişle ilgili en ufak bir bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Bu ilk temas, açıkçası hayal kırıklığıydı. Akşam sahil tarafındaki restorana geçtiğimizde durum daha da can sıkıcıydı. Orada olduğunu düşündüğümüz genel müdür ya da müdür yardımcısı son derece agresif, rahatsız edici bakışlar içindeydi. Restoranın otelle bağlantısı olmadığı, bağımsız olduğu söylendi; oysa fiiliyatta otelin bir parçası olduğu çok belliydi. Misafirle iletişim bu şekilde olmamalı. Bir gülümseme, bir hoş geldiniz demek bu kadar mı zor? Özetle: Otelin konumu ve fiziksel potansiyeli gerçekten çok iyi. Ancak çalışanların tavrı ve işletme anlayışı turizm ve otelcilik ruhundan oldukça uzak. Personel eğitimi ve yönetim anlayışı komple elden geçerse burası “vasat” değil, gerçekten süper bir otel olabilir. Şu haliyle ne yazık ki potansiyelini harcıyor.

Web sayfasındaki fotografların yanlış oldugu mu!!! Rezervasyon yaparken gördüğüm fotoğraflardaki oda ile bana tahsis edilen oda arasında hiçbir benzerlik yoktu. Sunulan odanın fotoğrafların “yanlış” olduğu gerekçesiyle geçiştirilmeye çalışılması kabul edilemez bir tutumdur. Misafir olarak satın aldığım hizmete karşılık hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. Odaya girdiğimde karşılaştığım manzara ise tam anlamıyla şok ediciydi. Temizlikten eser yoktu. Bana ait olmayan saç kılları, yerlerde ve yatakta duran gül yaprakları, kıyafet etiketleri ve yoğun toz tabakası… Bunlar sanki oda günlerdir kullanılmamış ve hiçbir temizlik yapılmamış gibi bir görüntü oluşturuyordu. Klozetin halini anlatmaya bile gerek yok; hijyen sınırlarının çok uzağında, insanı kullanmaktan tiksindirecek seviyedeydi. Personel güler yüzlüydü ancak bu kadar ciddi hijyen ve oda uyumsuzluğu karşısında tek bir çözüm üretilememesi, yaşadığım mağduriyeti katladı. Misafir memnuniyetinin bu kadar göz ardı edildiği bir durumla karşılaşmak gerçekten hayal kırıklığıdır. ---
