We loved our stay here! The owner was wonderful and kind and always checking that we had all we needed. The superior apartment was exactly as pictured with a great bed, fast wifi, hot showers and a kitchen to cook some of our own meals. Breakfast was a nice bonus and had a few different dishes each of the four days we stayed. We are happy to recommend and would stay here again.

Worthy if repairs to plumbing made - Call Hotel

The service was very good. Zafir was very friendly and extremely attentive - accommodating all our requests. This man never sleeps it seems and worked hard to keep us satisfied. We originally requested one of the rooms with bathtub and fridge and this was granted. Unfortunately there was black mold growing around the tub and the smell was unbareable so we could not use it. We brought this to Zafir's attention to which he promptly offered 2 other rooms, one of which was an upgrade to a higher floor room with terrace (no tub but no mold at least). We chose this and while we appreciated the upgrade, unfortunately the smell coming from drain was unbearable also. After the first room, we were informed there would be someone to remedy the mold problem coming in the week we were leaving. (apparently affecting more than just our original room). We loathed leaving because this is a nice, usually quieter character hotel in the middle of a VERY busy district. Further we really appreciated the attentiveness and care of cleaning staff and the breakfast hostess "Gülsüm".. super nice, down to earth and serving a good traditional turkish breakfast. Recommend emailing, calling about mold/plumbing to see if its been resolved and - if so - you will be glad you stayed here!

The room was spacious, but it didn’t feel comfortable — there was a strange smell, some mold in the bathroom, and the furniture was quite old. The breakfast was also very disappointing. Overall, for this price, it was one of the most underwhelming hotel experiences I’ve had.

Plutôt bien !

Hôtel très au calme par rapport aux rues mouvementées de la vieille ville. La chambre avec le balcon était agréable. Cependant le ménage n’a pas été fait, mais après avoir demandé un geste, ils nous ont offert les 10€ de machine à laver. Je recommande donc plutôt cet hôtel :)

Maalesef hayal kırıklığı oldu, duş başlığı kırıktı, şampuan koyacak yer yoktu, banyo aydınlatması zayıftı, banyo kapısı tam kapanmıyordu, kapı kolu bozuktu, havlular ve pikeler kazık gibi sertti, tv çalışmıyordu, odada içme suyu yoktu istemek zorunda kaldık, 2. gün oda temizlenmedi, su yenilenmedi, kahvaltı zayıftı, haşlanmış yumurtalar hiç pişmemişti, tek iyi tarafı Kaleiçin'de olmasıydı.

Otel ne kadar kötüyse çalışanların ilgisi o kadar güzeldi. Bir daha yanından geçmem fakat personele haksızlık olmasın diye 1 puan kırabildim. Gece soğuk suyla duş alıp sabah da soğuk suyla tekrar duş alıp güzel bir kahvaltı edip ayrıldık. Tv kanalları zaten çekmiyordu. Odadaki fayanslara basmak rahatsız ediciydi bir kilim, halı vs koyulabilirdi yarım kalmış bir iç dizayn havası vardı. Çok daha ucuza daha iyi odalarda kalıyoruz sadece konumu için bile 1 geceden fazla katlanılacak bir otel değil.

Huzur ve dinginlik istiyorsanız tavsiye edilir.

Otel konumu itibariyle çok güzel. Bunun dışında temiz, konforlu. Çalışanları güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Konaklama sırasında hiçbir proplem yaşamadım ama yaşasaydım da çözebileceklerini hissettiriyorlar.
