Everything was great

We enjoyed everything about it, from the service. The gentleman for the evening shift was really nice, made checking in great. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was clean, and I would love to stay there again if we're in the area.

What an amazing place to stay! It’s quiet and oh so clean! The staff is friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is absolutely wonderful! When I come to Anderson again this will be my go-to home away from home.

Refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. Moved to a second room and the same was beginning to happen in front of that refrigerator also. We kept the second room. Breakfast was delicious! Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.

We have stayed at this hotel before and had good experiences. Booked it for my family. Their car and five others were burglarized. The hotel has no cameras. Although the hotel was notified and police had been called by the time we found out about the car, my family was not notified or provided any information from the hotel. Communication on what occurred would have been nice.

You Get What You Pay For

This hotel, compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels, is in need of a major makeover. It’s very dated (drab and uninviting). Ok it bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly, and the bathtub/shower was old and narrow. The room’s refrigerator compressor fan was noisy. Good in room heater and tv were the only plus. We will not be back.
