When you have pets you get the worst rooms they have to offer facing the parking lot. So dirty and smelly was the first room I had to get moved. So loud was the slam of the outer door next to our room that it woke us up. It was also unsafe and slammed on my poor little wiener dog and I'm surprised she didn't need to go to the vet. If you HAVE A PET DO NOT STAY HERE!

We paid $45 for early check in after driving 6 hours so we could catch a nap before heading out only to find they didnt give us the queen bed we reserved. We called the front desk and they said it was in fact a queen bed. We have a queen bed at home and it fits us and our kids no problem. This bed was not a queen. We even had to ask them bring a crib up for our kids so they would have a place to sleep comfortably. Making the space even smaller in the room. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable. Shower water pressure was low and had leaking from the bottom spout.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautifully although certain areas show its age. Good breakfast option. The carpet in the room needs update.

Cute little hotel

For the price, I am a bit disappointed in the hotel but given it is a holiday weekend, I understand why. Hotel is clean enough - no issues with the cleanliness of the room, friendly enough, scenic enough. Just not spectacular, which I expect when paying over $300 for one night.

Fullerton Hotel

Comfortable and convenient hotel with easy freeway access. Good basic breakfast. Hotel is dated but still well kept & clean. Excellent and friendly staff.

Everything was great! Breakfast was good, staff was great upon request made. Only thing I have to complain about is 3rd night we got a different room and I found half eaten cracker in the sheets. They need to make sure there staff is cleaning throughly, even changing sheets even though they look clean like no one sleep on them. COVID is still going on.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were there 4 days, since we went to Disneyland. Loved the fact they have a shuttle, just make sure you reserve your spot. I also enjoyed their breakfast it was pretty good, the service in the dining room was great. When I asked for toiletries I was given some. The only things I did not l like was the closet door was loose and when we flushed the toilet we had to go back in because the water kept going on the tank. But overall, I would stay there again! It was convenient and comfrotable!

We do visit Orange County fairly often (before COVID anyway) for theme parks, Asian food, & family. However, we had always stayed in the Anaheim & Garden Grove areas. Thus first time in Fullterton at the Hotel Fullterton. The Hotel is bit dated but the room is adequate. Our least favorite was the small/cramped bathroom. The Hotel grounds and facilities were quite nice however, including a huge swimming pool. Plenty of parking. They even have a ballroom and a specialty restaurant (but all closed probably due to the pandemic). Their hot breakfast buffet in the morning was the best, with very nice table seating (not the cramped grab & go like some other hotels of late). They do have a free shuttle to/from Disneyland, although we didn't use it. The Hotel is about a couple miles from downtown Fullerton with plenty of restaurants & retail outlets, including Costco. Overall, I would give the staff = five stars, facilities = 4 stars, and the room = 3 stars. (we were in the tower). BTW, the Hotel is right off of freeway 91, so the rooms in front facing the freeway may be a bit nosier than the tower in the back.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of our room. The pool was also much larger than I imagined and was up to 9 feet. The fridge worked well. Ice was steps away from the room. My only complaint was slamming from the side access door. The door did not have a door closer. Everytime someone would walk in or out the hotel this large heavy door would slam so loud it seemed as though the windows were about to shatter. We called the front office, no response. The sound was alarming. The slamming constant. If not for this I would have rated this hotel 5 stars. Do NOT stay in room 129!

Wygodny hotel z dobrymi sniadaniami i dostepem do basenu, choc stoliki przy lezaku wymagaja wymycia. Pokoj sprzatany tylko po wczesniejszym zamowieniu, co dla mnie jest nowością. Personel pomocny, parking tuz przy hotelu.
