Vielleicht ist es Ihnen entgangen, aber das Hotel war in diser Zwit wegen Covid 19 geschlossen und ist es vermutlich immer noch. Daher haben wir ein neutrales Konterfei gewählt.

I have been in this hotel during two nights ( 22 and 23 of february).I am portuguese and I speak well, portuguese, spanish and french. I also understand a little bit of English. Today after my husband had made the check out and paid de bill, I went to the reception, because I wasn' t undersanding all the items. I was surprised because I was insulted by the recepcionist called Roberts. The behavior was so insulting by Mr.Roberts and after for other recepcionist Mrs Ilonka that I already presented complaint in the portuguese embassy, and I will present my complaint to the turism in Holland, in the European comsumers bureau and to the European comitê against racisme and xenophobia. I will not accept that an rececpcionist treat anyone like I us treated today. As matter of fact, they have a bad service at the reception. Can a receptionist be only abble to speak Dutch and english? That is completely lousy ( when I asked him for his name he wrote in my bill that he was called Robbie...once again making foul out of me and he forgot that that demonstrate a bad caracter). I was making an effort to understand all the explanation that Mr. Roberts was giving me. I listened to the explation until the end, but when I try to better understand what he was saying I asked him if he could talk to me in any other language that

Helt ok hotell. Ligger nære jernbane til flyplass. Er og gode forbindelser med trikk til sentrum ca 20min. Litt harde senger, og utdatert baderom. Ellers pent og rent hotell.

Ligging was goed, kortbij tramhalte. Kaartjes voor openbaar vervoer verkrijgbaar aan de receptie. De bedden lagen lekker maar er was de hele nacht lawaai/geruis door het verluchtingsrooster in de badkamer. Ze vragen 30 euro per dag voor de parking van het hotel, dit is VEEL TE DUUR, want het is tenslotte geen centrale ligging!

Цена качество соответствует, быстро зарегистрировали, в номере есть все необходимое, чайник, фен, телевизор с русскими каналами, утюг гладильная доска, удобные кровати, минибар, по минусам , несколько раз минибар что то срабатывало и в течении 3-5 минут ужасный металлический стук как будто по вентилятору что то железное ударяет, если днем это не так страшно, то ночью всех будет, шумно работает кондиционер, и в ванной на швах и потолке есть грязь №107

Strategically located. Issues with cleanliness. Was not thoroughly cleaned. Hotel needs some improvement as the bathroom was showing deterioration. Missing towels and we had to use small towels.

Good Hotel

The hotel is really good, It is well connected through train and tram station, so even though it is far from the center of amsterdam, it is 15/20 min away by tram to anywhere, and getting to/from the airport is really easy.

Not good for a 4star hotel

The only good about this hotel is the position (very easy transfer to everywhere) and the breakfast! The room was vey smal! The first two days the heating didnt work!the tv was broken! Some of the staff was rood, mainly those in restaurant!

Parcheggio carissimo, per tre notti il parcheggio è costato quasi come aggiungere un'altra persona. Ad ogni modo si è obbligati a parcheggiare la macchina pagando o in hotel o in un parcheggio a pagamento. Probabilmente Sarebbe convenuto parcheggiare la macchina su un parcheggio a pagamento. Il soggiorno è stato gradevole.

El personal del hotel se porto muy bien, pero en el restaurante del hotel la verdad que fue muy decepcionante el día de fin de año, el buffet que nos ofrecieron ni era buffet ni era nada, a las 22:30 nos dijeron que iban a cerrar y que tenían la caja cuadrada y no nos servían ninguna copa, y que nos teníamos que ir, así que pagamos 22,5 por una verduras hervidas y una hamburguesa sin pan, bebidas aparte y sin poder brindar por el nuevo año

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana, per capodanno. In 5 persone con 2 camere. Posizione ottima, tutti i mezzi di trasporto attaccati all’albergo. 10 minuti dall’aeroporto è comodo per raggiungere il centro. Una Stazione vicino se volete fare escursioni fuori Amsterdam Camera pulita, personale gentile e disponibile. Unica nota negativa abbiamo dovuto richiedere gli asciugamani più volte dopo le pulizie xchè ne lasciavano solo per 2 persone e noi eravamo in 4. Si dimenticavano di pulire il servizio caffè in camera. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Assolutamente lo consiglio come struttura .
