GENERAL ARRANGEMENT
A street level private entrance leads into a spacious entrance hall, garage access and a table tennis table to the rear. A small “beach and pool” cupboard contains a selection of children’s toys and parasols.

From the entrance hall a staircase leads to a landing on the first floor and the front door to the self-contained apartment. From this landing there is a further staircase to the villa and 8 x 4 m heated swimming pool (March to October only).

SINGLE UNIT OR GROUP BOOKINGS
The villa and apartment combined together create the perfect family or group holiday home; where all facilities including the pool can be shared. Both properties are spacious and have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and accommodate up to six people each, being large enough for large family or group entertainment & dining.
