Roaches dirty floor dirty sheets burn holes in blaket shower curtain rod sagging soakek the floor drawer missing from furniture drywall hanging from ceiling paint bubbling and feeling honestly I think its the people that own it

Carla, at the front desk, who gave us a ride to the airport was wonderful. Its a basic economy hotel. That should explain everything else

Room walls, counter tops, and furniture tops for filthy. Bathroom was molding. Inside of shower curtain was unclean. Room smelled strongly of tobacco. Door lock was flimsy. Tenants were noisy in the parking lot (yelling and fighting) from 6pm to 3 am. Hotel at end of Knoxville airport. So lots of jet noise starting at 3am when Airborne delivery jets depart. Hotel required an additional $50 deposit (still not refunded!). TV sound and image not sync'd. I could do on. Never again!!!!

Wow was this terrible

The room was disgusting, I took pictures of the cigarette ashes, cockroaches, and BLOOD that was not cleaned up. The tub would not drain when I showered and the nob to make it drain was broken. I told the business and they offered no help, other than bringing a microwave and never brought it. Hotels.com gave false advertisement by saying they had a microwave, the fridge was completely iced over.

Depressing stay

We paid but didn't not stay.We never unloaded our clothes, the room had roaches an bugs all over it .Some were dead an some alive.outside our room was dust an stacks of sheet.rock.they kept my deposit. We rented another room at the Hilton heads hotel.

This is the absolute worst Place I ever stayed. The only reason we stayed the first night was because there was no refund policy. Second night cost a whole lot more money but we stayed at a good chain. Lost our money

We reserved a room online and when we got there, we were informed there was a $50 deposit per room, and we still haven't received our deposit refunded back to us. The front desk clerk on first shift and second was so rude, if it wasn't for it being thanksgiving day I would e went somewhere else. But that will be the last time I go there.

Animal/bug Droppings in drawer, curtains wouldnt close, no trash can, heat wouldnt work, could feel springs in mattress and sunk down to box spring. Left hotel and went to another.

The unstayed stay

I booked online. They said it was pet friendly. Got there to register and they said no dogs allowed. I told them to cancel my reservations and they said they couldn't I would need to do so here on hotels com So that's what I did. Then they charged me for the trip and refused to refund my money. They are crooks. They say they are the Royal Extended stay. It is what is on the building. But the hotel check-in office is for Royal Extended stay, Budget, and USA inn. How can one hotel be 3 hotels in one. Scammy for sure.
