This hotel is in a very sketchy part of town. We felt very unsafe. Lots of homeless in the area. Lobby of hotel is locked. Can only talk to receptionist through small opening in a window.
The office was clean and the staff was wonderful. When i was going to my room i noticed numerous activities going on that made me think of one of those seedy hotels you see in movies where the drug dealers stay.
When i walked into the room i noticed the door had been broken and fixed properly. I was tired so i just went to bed.
In the morning when i woke up i jumped in the shower, when i got out of the shower i noticed what looked to be feces smeared on the wall. At this point i got dressed gathered my things and left.

the workers were nice. it pretty quiet. can be better if they had more help. but it okay. house keeping very nice to speak to. will help anyway they can . but I think it just her that does all the rooms if people aren't leavin in them. it good for a place to lay ur head if u want to get of the street for awhile.
I found the entire property to be in need of repair there were rooms with broken windows broken doors rat look like maybe the police had kicked in the door there are a lot of issues that should be addressed with no nobody bringing it up the biggest issue that I had was the actual room the bathroom was full of mold they were used syringes left it just really needed some help

Diamond in the rough
It wouldn't have been my first choice and it's definately not a 4-or 5-star CHAIN hotel, but they are trying & when you just want a bed and shower because everything else is sold out for the holiday weekend, this place is definately a steal. GREAT BED AND WATER PRESSURE.
Horrible. In one of the worst areas of town. The only reason I stay here is because my aunt lives in the trailer park behind the hotel, so I can walk to her place. I can't believe Orbitz would even include this property on their website. Cantina next door, and I saw police there on and off all night. I have stayed here 3 times over the past few years, and regretted it every time. There are better hotels just down the street. After 8 pm you have to come to a window to ask for things, they do not let you in the lobby. The whole time I was checking in the loser man behind the counter was talking to someone on his cell phone. He totally ignored the teenager in front of me wanting something. I did not have a garbage can in the unit. I had to call for towels. Cheap but clean bedding. No bugs in room, ratty televison. The supposedly king size bed was in fact a double bed. Room clean. I could see daylight coming through the front door, which means it could be kicked down anytime. There is no inside shuttle lock that prevents the door from opening upon force from the outside. The card reader barely worked, so I had to try it 8-10 times before the room would open. I think the city houses the homeless there because everyone know each other (thus, live there) and they finally quieted down at 5 am. Boarded up building behind the hotel.
I went to get ny room and the lady at the front desk said they didn't honor "cheap tickets" so I was out of luck. I had no where to sleep that night because they charged my card but I couldn't get my room. SCAM? I think so. Cheap tickets wouldn't help me and now i'm out sixty bucks.
A lot noise , the cantina next them send almost all the customers. Not a place to relax not a place to take your kids .
The smell was very bad no toilet cover the air conditioner control was broken
