The room was clean the shower wall needs repair and the door latch sticks and doesn't come out until you move the handle multiple times before the door locks and last the switch for the lights by the beds does not turn the light on until multiple pushes to the switch.Otherthan those three things which were not a inconvenience the room was a good value for the rate. Thank you

The staff was very kind and did everything I asked. They didn't speak much English, but I have no complaints about the staff. The motel itself was the most run down, dirty motel I think I've ever stayed at. I changed rooms 3 times! There was NO microwave or Fridge in 2 of the 3 rooms. The 'smoking' room did have the fridge and microwave, but the stinch was so bad, it made me nauseous. Smoke detector was hanging from a wire with a baggie around it that was yellowed with smoke stains. 2nd room the TV didn't work, the 3rd room - I gave up and stayed my one night, but I didn't get to soak in a hot tub, there! No amenities, not even an ice bucket!
Room was dated couch in the room was extremely old. No refrigerator microwave in room coffee hair dryer people who were the owners were very friendly and very helpful. We were there for the hot air balloon show in Albuquerque.
Although the bed was comfortable, the sheets had burn marks in them and on the bed head frame, a wad of chewing gum was on the side.
The whole hotel could use an update: rips in curtains, the filter on the facet in the sink was missing and there were no plugs to use to get the bathtub filled.
The property surrounding this motel is scary. Two nights in a row, a block away, I saw women appearing as though they were escorts picking up guys in cars. A person sadly strung out on whatever drug, was passed out at the bus stop directly in front of the motel, as I walked by in the morning. I stopped to be sure he was still breathing.
Don't stay here, because it really seems unsafe.
The office staff assured me it is, showed me the security cameras they have, but whenever I walked by, no one was attending to them-perhaps they have more of them in a private place they have there beyond the office. The staff was nice. I am sorry to leave such a bad review, but I think these things needed to be said for someone to make a decision about staying here or not.
Place was not clean at all, there was not enough towels for us, comode leaked at the bottom and went all over the floor, i don't recommend this place to stay.
It was difficult to park safely upon arrival. Many people meeting by cars after 10pm. We were told we had to add a $50 cash deposit upon arrival. The receipt we received for prepayment was 30% lower than what we paid. The room was vaguely clean until you reached the bathroom. I’ll save you the details. It is certainly a NOPE in the future
I wanted a non smoking room, though ghey wanted a cash deposit.
The room i got was a smoking room becasue i did not have cash. There were burn marks on the bed spread and on the toilet seat. Towel mat had diety foot prints on it. Shower towels were old and thin. My door had a 1/2 inch gap that let the cold air in.
The location is awful and doesn’t feel safe at all, there were junkies everywhere. Two nights in a row we heard gunshots outside. We found out from locals that the area is known as “The war zone”
The room was old and dirty. There was a soap painted over in the bathroom and no bulbs in two of the three lamps. The only reason we didn’t leave was because of being an event weekend and high prices elsewhere.
The manamger had to bring me a microwave, had to fix tv. There was no phone. Washer and drtyer and Ice machine were broke. Left a day earlyand the neighborhood didnt make me feel safe, homless and people are drugs, all over and sleeping on streets ,not what I was expecting. And only1 person spoke English. Never again ,Dont waste your money.
I think the manager of this property wrote down everything most customers would want and eliminated them. No coffee in the room or office and no micro to heat your own,. Internet that gets very few connections, No table in the room for the chair to put a laptop on, not even 1 plastic or other container to use for water to take medication with. They tried to blame the internet problem on my computer but I was on a 14 day road trip and had no problem anywhere else. The surrounding area was what I would call shady. I was very concerned about the safety of my car. I will say that the parking lot was very well lit and nothing happened.

You are paying $50ish for a room in Albuquerque. You should expect what you pay for. The clerk was SUPER kind and helpful. They are very aware of the homeless situation and wish they had answers. The parking lot was very secure and covered by cameras. We left our vehicle safely for two days. The rooms are spacious enough and the tub and toilet were clean. The motel seems older and well-used. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel or are super picky, look elsewhere. If you need a cheap place to stay with no bugs for the night and kind workers. This is your place! It is walking distance from the Tingley Coliseum (probably wouldn't recommend walking it alone for young, single women or families). Great for young guys on a budget!
