Better than excellent.

Amazing stay. Very nice location, very nice property, very good arrangements, excellent food, excellent boat restaurant, excellent hospitality. We felt a personal touch in the entire staff.

Went there in December, which should beach prime time for Oman, but had bad luck with sudden sandstorm and cold weather. Of course, cannot blame resort for this, but when you are at beach resort and without beach, confined to your room and restaurant for three days, some things are getting more visible then if you are swimming in the ocean and reading book at the beach. Sea view rooms are worth it. You go to sleep with sound of the waves. Nice terrace and design of the rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good - nothing spectacular, but nice food (though a bit of more variety, especially for breakfast would be nice). Hotel grounds are well kept, pool and beach looks nice, but could not saw them as they look in right circumstances (nice weather, sun, calm and blue sea). Staff are great, so kind and helpful. Myriam especially helped me so much with tranlations to and from Arabic. Taxi from Sur 10 OMR (use OTaxi app) from resort you must arrange before in Sur (12 OMR). When weather is right, I think price for this resort can be OK, though still a bit high. But even with postcard weather, management and owners should absolutely do something about this things: - Unbelievable that except CNN there is not one TV ch. Also TV's and remote could be better, not so cheap. - Soundproofing is terrible. You can only hope to be lucky (like I was) with neighbours. - Mosquito nets are damaged and they are getting inside which I don't want to anyone

every time i come the sauna is close not working!!. the swimming pool is close..i guess swimming pool and sauna should be open from 6 am to 9 pm.. gym should be open like other hotels 24hrs..dinner was very good..breakfast was good.

Buona struttura, non a buon mercato

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte. Per arrivare occorre percorrere una pista nel deserto, peraltro ben tenuta. La struttura è bene organizzata, con bungalows spartani, ma comodi. Cena e colazione nella norma, ma in Oman non si va per la cucina. Prezzo forse eccessivo.

why charge for kids?!!

i wounder why they asked for charge of kids 4 and 6 yrs ??!!!! they charged 9.5+ .. while kids should be free of charge.. although i told them no need for bed they will sleep with us in one room..im upset with this..other things was very good..

Séjour particulier en période de coronavirus

En raison du confinement décidé par le gvt omanais le petit dej est apporté sur la terrasse des bungalows. On n’aurait jamais rêvé ca ! Sinon très peu de clients et un personnel nombreux, attentionné et très serviable. Très bon séjour. Attention à la signalisation en arrivant à proximité de l’hôtel : on a tendance à se perdre.

clean and friendly. Food was really good. Out of the way location which I liked.....close enough to drive to see the turtles without staying at that resort. Beach here is great and water lovely to swim. Arrived to huge swells and waves which were awesome. Staff accommodating a request to a room facing the ocean waves was lovely. How anyone could complain about the ocean noise of waves crashing on the rocks is beyond me . Loved this place...staff were lovely and the buffet food is really good!

Amazing place

Our room was very comfortable. Check-in and out were very smooth and quick. There wasn't a very big variety of food, but it was tasty. The dinner was so peaceful and romantic. This is an amazing place for relaxation.

arrivée en fin d'après midi pour visite nocturne du site où pondent toutes les belles tortues vertes on peut arriver plus tôt afin de profiter de la petite plage de sable les chambres sont coquettes buffet correct, à prendre impérativement car rien au tour
