"1- Rooms was old and worn out with low hygiene 2- Breakfast is poor with low quality 3- Bathrooms are rusty, smelly and had issues with water flow and hot water availability 4- Bed stuffing is bad causing lower back pain every morning 5- AC control units did not have an auto option for cooling temp.
