Well positioned hotel. Friendly staff. Very comfortable room with view of Taj Mahal. The bar and restaurant opening times were incorrect on the website which made it difficult to coordinate and book transport. Amazing food and drink and service in the bar and Checkers Restaurant.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at with a young family. The interior of the lobby and restaurants are stunning. The breakfast and dinners buffets were delicious. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights with family. The grounds were gorgeous and the hotel lobby was warm and inviting. The premises were very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffets had a lot of variety and something to please every palate. Excellent value for money. We had a wonderful and memorable stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. Wish we had more time to enjoy the overall property as there is lots to do. Would have been nice to have had breakfast included like some of the other resorts we stayed at. Otherwise the stay was nice.

The hotel is rather dated (feels like it’s stuck in the 70s) but the staff is very friendly and the restaurant serves very tasty food. You can get to Taj Mahal within 30 minutes, which is fairly convenient.

This hotel is also a wedding and event venue so the lobby can be crowded during an event. However, the room was quiet. The furniture are a bit older but it doesn't bother us because we didn't spend much time in the room. The hotel has a lot of amenities such as the pool, spa, and a game room.

Excellent! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The entire hotel seemed very well maintained and our rooms were very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was VERY low but we had consistent hot water! (Not always the case in India). We had plush towels, comfy bed, clean room. Highly recommend.

Not much to look at on the outside but the inside is gorgeous. We arrived spectacularly early, but they were still able to check us in. Unfortunately we weren’t then given any information about breakfast timings/locations, WiFi, the pool being closed etc. However this was quick to work out. The evening food in the Indian restaurant was exceptional, and the buffet breakfast was good too. Lunch buffet was quite expensive but expected. We were there on Republic day, and invited to the ceremony and later breakfast. The staff were wonderful and this also meant we were introduced to the manager. Shame that the pool was closed but I do appreciate it is winter! Shame not to stay longer. Very clean, very comfortable, very helpful staff.

The star rating said 5, which is without a doubt a mistake. While the hotel did feel safe and was priced reasonably, it was quite dated and not what we expected. The rooms do not look like the photos. Also, I went with a friend and we requested a room with two twin beds, which they delivered. However, they were two twin beds pushed together sharing blankets. The best part about the hotel was the fact that there are many little shops and vendors on premises, which made for some fun and convenient shopping.

Most of the outlets in The room didn’t work, washroom smelled a bit, the heat didn’t work, the breakfast food was terrible, and the service was also poor throughout. Save your money. This is not a 5 star.

A very respectable 62 years old hotel which still preserved and reasonbly cared facilities, safe and secure ambience, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to everybody looking for an island of safety in a hectic city.
