The room was excellent the only thing I could suggest would some were to put a kettle and toaster. The apartments were great value for money and the staff could not do enough for us fabulous Thank you for a wonderful hospitality.

Friendly

Friendly staff, Housekeeping staff room behind no 15 room, and could hear them in there in morning, washing machine and tumble dryer could be heard all night. Dog barking to side of apartments, no hot water some mornings for shower, pool freezing( although it is only April so not warmed up yet) Ideal spot, right on seafront, quiet although walkable into centre, Elounda beautiful place. Apartments had everything you need, and spotlessly clean, bins emptied every day Would Recommend just don’t have room 15

Sehr nettes Personal und das Zimmer war auch super. Preis/Leistung war auch gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder mal dort hin. Ausserhalb der Saison ist leider nicht alles geöffnet.

Un séjour agréable dans une ville riche en découvertes culinaires et avec des magnifiques paysages et une population accueillante Au niveau de l'hôtellerie c'est autre chose. La chambre minimaliste et une salle d'eau et un toilette des années 50 heureusement le personnel exemplaire de gentillesse et de courtoisie. Pour des globe-trotters pas trop exigeant et pour un court séjour apourquoi pas. Merci à toute l'équipe

We love pur stays at the Elounda Sunrise apartments. This year was a little different mainly due to there being less residents but a little disappointed that bar and breakfast options and times had been so cut and less atmosphere generated when there were still a number of us staying and could detract from the holiday for some of the clients. Specially those with ailments that would find it difficult going elsewhere. That said we know its been a long draining year for these poor people and we know what a great place this is. So here's to returning in 2021. P.S Lynes personality is sorely missed behind the bar and Peter does great servicing the apts.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Meer. Man hatte beim wach werden direkt das mehr aus dem Bett sehen können. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Besonders das Bad hat mir sehr gefallen mit der begehbaren Dusche. Wir hatten eine schöne große Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegen. Sowie 2 Stühle und einem Tisch. Dazu noch kostenloses WLAN und für uns war es perfekt.

You can't help but relax

Friendly, clean and tidy. Comfy beds and good nights sleep. Great full English breakfast. Lynne, Peter and Yanni make the place very relaxing and enjoyable. Bar lovely for a few drinks and what a view on the waters edge.

Great location for Spinalonga Island visit

Great location right on the water with access to restaurants , shops and interesting sites. Good sized apartment clean and quiet with helpful staff. Mainly caters to British people who seem to favour Elounda. Street parking available. Beds need updating

Spacious apartment right on the water

Great location, right on the water! Loved it! Had a spacious room with 2 balconies with amazing sea view. Loved the shower as well and the room came with towels for shower and for the beach. Only downside was the wi-fi, at least in my room the signal was very weak and disconnected constantly and since I used up my data plan, I had to rely on wifi.

Hotel bien situé. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Cependant, surprise le matin : pas d'eau chaude et d'électricité. Nous avons demandé une intervention qui n'a jamais eu lieu. Aucun geste commercial lors du paiement final.

Trevligt vid sidan om.

Vi blev väl bemötta och fick en fin lägenhet med sovloft. Det fanns även en dator på rummet om man nu vill ha det på semestern. Såg nästan nybyggt ut. Nära in till lilla byn som har ett mycket bra val av restauranger.

Per 60 euro, appartamento di dimensioni discrete. Personale, chi l'ha visto? Per due volte la camera da letto allagata a causa del condizionatore. Abbiamo dovuto asciugare per terra da soli. Mai fatte pulizie. Rimasti senza carta igenica. Spazzatura portata via una sola volta in 4 giorni. Personale scontroso. Da sconsigliare assolutamente!!!!

Imponert over service og beliggenhet. 10 meter fra stranden, trivelig ledelse med far, to sønner og ei engelsk dame som var blid, morsom og serviceinnstilt. Elounda en perle i forhold til våre erfaringer fra Kreta. Nært Spinolonga, Agios Nicolas og andre spennende steder. Anbefales!

fabulous location

This is only the second time my husband and I have visited a Greek island (our first time was an horrendous experience in Zante which put us off Greece for several years!) We spent the first week of June at the Sunrise and have nothing but praise. We were given a lovely 2 bedroomed aprtment with fabulous sea view. Clean and modern, bedding and towels changed half way through stay and the towels were good quality. A toaster would have been welcome addition to kitchen facilities, but as toasties at bar so cheap this wasn't major problem. Small pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Drinks at bar reasonably priced and the staff were lovely and helpful. Nearby restaurants were excellent, plenty of choice. Sunrise is just across the road from the beautiful clear sea, at one end of the lovely resort of Elounda. Peaceful and relaxing we have already been recommending this small complex to our friends. Certainly the other guests seemed to share our views.
