Underspillet ordentlighed og perfektionisme.

Vi var kun lidt over 12 timer pĂ„ Agerskov Kro og Hotel, men alligevel gjorde det indtryk. Det kan sagtens vĂŠre at vores vĂŠrelse var taget ud af 90’erne, der var for mange gamle billeder af gĂŠster fra 20 Ă„r tilbage, og alt for meget nips og madame blĂ„, men det spiller 100%. Der er fuldstĂŠndig rent, intet er slidt, personalet er super sĂžde og professionelle, men glemmer ikke det personlige. Det emmer at underspillet ordentligthed. Byen ligger midt i ingenting, og fĂžr vi kom troede jeg det ville vĂŠre mit fĂžrste og sidste besĂžg i Agerskov, men nu ved jeg at nĂ„r jeg igen kommer til SĂžnderjylland bor vi pĂ„ Agerskov Kro og Hotel. Og forresten

Todella miellyttÀvÀ ja kodikas

Agerskov Kro og Hotel ylitti huimasti kaikki ennakko-odotuksemme. Oletimme kohteen olevan sellainen Suomesta tuttu hiukan kulunut maaseutupaikka, mutta pÀinvastoin tÀÀllÀ oli kaikki todella viimeisen pÀÀlle siistiÀ, historiallista ja hyvÀkuntoista! YllÀttÀvÀÀ oli huoneiden sijoittuminen useaan taloon itse Krouvin ympÀrille, mutta se vain lisÀsi rauhallista tunnelmaa. Huone oli todella tilava, hiljainen ja sÀnky erittÀin mukava. Olo oli kuin olisi ollut omakotitalossa hiljaisella alueella :) Kuten kuninkaalliset perinteetkin ilmeisesti velvoittavat, niin Agerskovin keittiö on todella erinomainen. Aamiaiset olivat hyvin maukkaita, runsaita ja monipuolisia ja mm. juuri leivottuja tuotteita tuotiin lÀmpiminÀ suoraan keittiön uunista aamiaisleipÀkoriin. Samoin pÀivÀllinen kannattaa ehdottomasti nauttia tÀÀllÀ. Krouvin suosittelema pöytÀvaraus kannattaa tehdÀ, sillÀ vaikka ruokailijoille on tilaa, niin paikka saattaa olla yllÀttÀen tÀynnÀ, koska myös paikalliset kylÀlÀiset kÀyttÀvÀt Krouvin palveluja, mikÀ luonnollisesti on aina merkki erinomaisesta ruoasta. Krouvin pÀÀrakennuksen tilat ovat upeat, kuin jostain hienosta viime vuosisadan alkupuolen kartanosta. Upea ympÀristö nauttia erinomainen pÀivÀllinen :) ErittÀin miellyttÀvÀ kahden yöpymisen kokemus ja varmasti yövymme tÀÀllÀ uudelleen seuraavalla Tanskan kiertomatkallamme.
