Property was easy to get to from local railway station. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of nice places to go out eat in very close proximity. Also close to shops (supermarket, liquor store, etc.)

The Quest has lovely apartment rooms with great facilities. Its comfortable, quiet and in a great location in walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. The only negative is that they only have a certain number of car parks and you need to book early to secure them.

I've stayed here for work multiple times and the absolute number one thing that annoys me is the $20 extra charge to park in the hotels own car park. Seems a bit of a rip off. Otherwise the property is great, rooms are big and quiet and very clean.

My partner is disabled and the hotel provided a shower chair and paid secure car parking. The staff very courteous and pleasant. I booked for two consecutive nights but housekeeping was not fully done as the Nespresso and TimTams were not refilled the second morning, yet I paid the same tariff for both nights. Seems a bit of a promotional scam - same tariff, same housekeeping. But the property is convenient for my purposes. Would still stay again but management should look at these "incentives" better.

We didn’t alert staff to this at the time (probably should have), but the cleanliness was quite horrible. We had black feet just from walking around the apartment bare foot (I am not even exaggerating either). The bathrooms were clean but they had old mould stains that had made their way into the grout and corners of the shower & bath. The bed sheets also smelt like they had been left in the washing machine for hours after it had finished its cycle which created an unpleasant musk. Other than that- great location, spacious apartment and staff were brilliant.
