The cleaning needs to be improved, and all room supplies should be refilled. The bed sheets need to be checked and cleaned if necessary. Apart from that, it’s quite interesting to stay here. It’s neat, convenient, and has good amenities.

Having a cultural restaurant in the basement is the best thing about the Capital Hotel & Spa. The music and dancing were mesmerizing. We had such a great time and the food was delicious! It's also wonderful to be able to work out in the enormous gym and get your hair done in the beauty salon. Such a great place to spend a weekend! Keep it up

Overall, a decent place to stay in, especially for the price. First booked it online for two nights, then extended my stay for three more at the site, after cancelling my Sheraton Hotel reservation. The breakfast buffet was great - something for everybody’s liking. Did’t get a chance to have lunch and dinner at the same restaurant. However, I had lunch at their Cultural Restaurant and it was amazing. The setup, the artwork, the appeal is unforgettable. Ordered Kitfo for lunch and it was top-notch. Very good gym and pool - nothing to complain about. Haven’t been to the spa yet. Planning to go this afternoon. The staff was second to none. Any minor issues that I had, that are not worth mentioning here, were addressed promptly and professionally.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, which I chose somewhat by chance as it was the first option available during my online booking. I later noticed that it had garnered positive feedback from many other customers, which reassured me about my choice. The quality-to-cost ratio was reasonable, and, as is often the case in Addis Ababa, the staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist. While I appreciated my overall experience, I felt that the room facilities did not quite meet the expectations set by the hotel's advertised 5-star rating. There is room for improvement in this regard to better align with the standards typically associated with such a rating.

there was a serious plumbing problem. the hotel needs renovations badly the window panels are so thin that the noise from the street makes it impossible to sleep. "spa" hotel does not offer standard amenities like hair conditioner.
