Worst experience ever...

Reception ladies do not understand English at all , had water logging in wash basin and no lights in bathroom complained twice for all the 3 days no one came to fix it.. food is awful, location is worse , I called several times to house keeping but no one answers your call...not worth spending a penny for this hotel..

Hotels.com charged me in November to my credit card, it said paid and it was in my bank account, when I arrived 2 months later they said they don't know anything about it even when I showed them both documents where it showed it was paid

The staff at the desk is SO UNHELPFUL. I showed up having booked through Expedia and was promptly informed they had no rooms available. I called Expedia, and after a customer agent talked to the receptionist she then informed me that they DID have rooms available. In fact they actually had several rooms available, since they then proceeded to put me in the wrong room (a smaller room with twin beds much cheaper than the one I had booked) before putting me in the one I had paid for. Additionally the restaurant service is a joke, we were the only ones there and had to wait over an hour for our lukewarm food.

Close to airport but not comfortable

The hotel is very best the airport and a clear attraction for that overnight layover. It’s off road too so traffic noise is low. Arriving late, found no towels or bath slippers and no tea making essentials. I asked and they were delivered. Time to sleep and mosquitoes appeared! The night staff did not have mosquito spray (locked room!) so they couldn’t help me but say “sorry”. Hotel was full so I had to usual manual methods to reduce the number of mosquitoes. So yeah I didn’t sleep much and morning was. RELIEF! Breakfast was basic and this hotel is designed for the mass transit passenger market (where you have no real choice but what the airline provides). will hesitate to go back.

The bed was really confortable and they had hot water. It is located actually 3 minutes from the airport. If you flight is at least 8 hours later, do not purchase a night since Ethiopian Airlines give you a room for free. I made that mistake.

Very noisy on 5th floor just below restaurant which was crashing about til 00.30 then v noisy from 6am..and despite checkout being at 11am had a call from reception at 7am saying to have my break then checkout!!!

Muito perto do aeroporto. Peça um shuttle para chegar até ele, são de graça. Alguns pontos negativos. O Wi-Fi não estava funcionando, ficamos o dia todo sem conexão. Não acharam nossa reserva por conta de não ter internet. Café da manhã não tem nada de ocidental. Pedaços de bolo que vendem no mercado e comida típica. Não tinha pão, manteiga, água, leite... Não dormimos direito por conta do excesso de pernilongos no quarto. Não tem ar condicionado. Fechamos o hotel por não ter opção é ser somente uma conexão. Não é ruim para uma noite, mas poderia ser melhor

Great Airport Hotel

Pleasant, comfortable. Stayed only one night as transit passenger. Very close to airport. Very convenient for connecting flights. No time to go to city, but surrounding area looks clean, well-lighted, and safe.

Hotel biggest advantage is it's close proximity to the airport and fast growing Bole area. All the staff members were also extremely friendly and helpfull. . Front desk personnel Sisaynesh was exceptional.

Quick, Easy for an overnight stay

Super close to the airport for an over night transit stop. Free shuttle. You have to dig around a little to find it, but everyone was helpful and friendly. Exit the airport, go down the long ramp to the right, see the shuttle buses and ask around for the Bole Skygate. Less than five minute drive. There is not much around as far as restaurants, etc. There is an adequate breakfast buffet, the staff is helpful and friendly. They are working on their internet connection which was not strong when I stayed there.

Stayed at this hotel for about a week. I'd just come from India and was suffering from food poisoning. The hotel staff was very nice and the cook made me some meals that were not in the menu to help me with my recovery. The hotel is very close to the airport. You can easily walk to it. But the airport pickup/dropoff service worked perfectly. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant on the 6th floor was amazing. Great view of the city. And the staff was also very nice and friendly. I had hot water every day. Overall, great hotel, lovely staff.

clean quiet hotel located right next to the airport (technically about a 15 minute walk). wifi and breakfast served, free airport shuttle. reccommend for transit and overnight addis stays.

Good clean hotel. Receptionist willingness to communicate in English could be improved. Informing me where the Dinning Hall was done by the baggage handler, but generally very friendly staff. Bar tender very friendly and helpful. Hotel is set off a fairly dark road, but still able to see at night.
