The room was spotless, nice sized room, the team here is very professional and go above and beyond to help a client, the garages have someone helping you find a parking spot. The receptionists are absolutely wonderful and helpful. The security guards, all friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Best Western Premier Dynasty to anyone traveling in Ethiopia. I think I found my favorite place.

Best Stay - Cool Place for Business Traveller

This place is fantastic..The ambiance is great, staff are cooperative, reception is warm, and the lobby is perfect for business meetings. The pool and gym are excellent, and the restaurant is nice. However, the breakfast options could be improved. Adding more variety, especially veggie and vegan options, would make it even better.

What an amazing hotel from staff to location and 24 hours room service in a very safe part of town i would highly recommended staying at this beautiful Hotel. From when i got picked up from the airport by true first class pick up and drop off from the driver. Then followed by nothing but genuine smiles from the front staff to the most organized check in staff i have seen in all my travels as Nati was the most careing to make sure everything's was good and explained very well her golden smile made me feel like home. Also helped by Kalkidan that showed me to my room and i had some questions about places to visit and he gave me some amazing advise with his VIP service! When i came back down after early check in i had the best tasting coffee in my life served by Sara with a warm smile and caring nature i always wanted more and more of that delicious traditional Buna! Thank you to management for always checking up on me and asking if there was anything else they could do to make my stay better was special and the go away surprise cake they made for me sent a tear tob my eye. If your staying in addis and need a perfect place to stay I would recommended this blessed location in a heartbeat. I didnt feel like a customer i felt like i was with family! Thank you team for making my stay a forever grateful memory that i will never forget 🙏 ❤️

New hotel with good standards

The bedroom is spacious snd with modern finishes. I had the room facing the city. The road was loud but it wasn't loud enough to disturb my sleep. They have a small warm swimming pool which my child loved. It was clean and they provide hotel guests with towels. We eat breakfast in our room. We appreciated that we can order in instead of going down to the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was good.
