Very narrow rooms with narrow bathroom. No elevator wasn't working, so we had to take two floors of stairs. Could be more. It was to be fine but with a much lower price. very helpful staff indeed

No lift building was old not clean look terrible for that money I paid I should get a better option, area of hotel was horrible it’s stinks you should mention that when you post this hotel for booking. Breakfast was horrible literally nothing to eat

Not good location, as far as the area being unpleasant and seeming unsafe at night. The room was disappointing, as the toilet leaked, pillow hard, garish light, a bit cramped. Staff was not welcoming, pushy about paying in cash, rolled their eyes when I asked for a water. No one speaks English well. Breakfast disappointing, and one morning we were given the remains of what had been sitting out. The cheese was sloppy and nasty, and the few small slices of tomato and cucumber with chai with a stick of bread, no egg, wasn't worth going downstairs for. The staff member broke a glass next to us and picked up the glass but didn't bother to clean up the mess entirely. Highly overrated and I have to ask myself if all these reviews on Maps are legit.

Best Hotel in Adana

The hotel was clean and hygienic, the room we stayed in had two separate beds perfect for friends. The room has a good AC which kept us cool in the hot weather. The hospitality of the hotel staff was 10/10. I couldn’t have asked for any better hospitality. Metin abi and Ibrahim abi from the start became our friends and if you know Turkish they’re very easy to talk to, and always invite you down to chill in the lobby and chat. They have their own touristic sites and food places sheet for Adana, just ask them for it if they haven’t already given it to you. Ibrahim abi even took time out of his day to create us a sheet for Gaziantep (which was our next destination). One night we asked them where to get the best lamb chops, and they told us the best way to have chops was to buy it from the butcher and have it cooked at a nearby restaurant. They called the butchers for us and ordered lots of lamb chops for us and then got it made at the local restaurant. My friend, Metin abi, Ibrahim abi and myself then ate upstairs in the hotel restaurant area. The lamb chops from the butcher were on us and we treated Metin abi and Ibrahim abi for being such good hotel hosts. They paid for the lamb chops to be cooked at the restaurant for us. Metin abi introduced us to his brother and they invited us out with them the next night to get tea and dessert. His brother picked us up and took us out in his car. The hotel car park is paid for but cheap as the owners know the car park.
