"I like the vicinity to train station and Altstadt shopping and restaurants. The hotel lacks a few safety features in the Bathroom area like unsave bathtub ie could use rubber mats or hand rails. The Bar/Restaurant on street level is excessively noisy (music - low level base) at weekends Friday/Saturday up to 4AM."

"The room itself was fine. But just a few hours before arrival (and after the free cancellation window) the hotel emailed us to say they were overbooked and they had rebooked us into another hotel. Free parking was just for 4 hours (not overnight). On arrival we couldn't work the touch screen and get our automated key so had to stand outside in the freezing cold for 10 minutes while phoning for help. After leaving we got an email from the original hotel saying that we were a "no show" and would be charged for that hotel too
