"The Taj hotel Cape Town is an excellent hotel. The staff are very friendly and obliging.the hotel is very clean. Breakfast is excellent with a very wide choice One very minor point.During the check in process please give out the wireless password and don't keep people waiting unnecessarily. Also do not cancel the room key until the person checks out especially when the checkout time has not lapsed"
