"A good stay in a nice hotel. The pool was lovely and large, pool attendants kind and helpful. Rooms could use a deep clean as there was grime around the bath sink water overflow opening (room 1724). A light refresh of the wood features in the room would be well worth it. Breakfast was quite good."

The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . "This hotel has the best of everything : rooms , service , breakfast , rooftop bar , spa , pool , gym and location . Next time we are anywhere near Bangkok we will create a reason to stop here for a few days .We really, really enjoyed our stay . "
