"Boris was so sweet and helpful! He made our stay amazing and is so funny!! Without him I'm not sure I would give this place a high rating. I mean it is clean and pleasant but location wise nothing special and it's inside a shopping centre so anyone can get in the lift and could come to our floor, so not really safe. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend due to location only but a big thank you to Boris!!!"
