"Excellent staff and service. Incredible park views"

"I really liked the amenities. This place had everything you can think of. Check in was quick. The elevators at times could be slow during rush hours. Rooftop lounge was very nice."

"The room was exceedingly hot and the engineer was unable to regulate it. Then when we tried to open up the window to fix it the engineer indicated that was the issue. We then closed the window and it didn’t help it all. The room was over 76."

"The staff was amazing! The doorman, reception, concierge and the lounge staff. If I am back in New York this will be my go to place because of how cared for I felt."

"Need to be renewed I guess. Shower is leaking. Coffee machine is too old. Bottle Water is charged even you can use credit 20 per day. Housekeeping seemed to forget to supply new cosmetics sometimes."

"Die Lage ist erstklassig aber das Hotel Doch wirklich sehr sehr alt. Natürlich super gepflegt und sauber aber spürbar alt und benötigt einen Refresh."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect!"

"The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Diego for his outstanding service. He genuinely went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference in my experience. The room was wonderful, and overall, I had a lovely stay."

"Hotel facilities and location are superb. Guest service is beyond deficient, both in restaurant and in general guest services. This is particularly disappointing in a hotel of this category."
