"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"Unfortunately the hotel structure makes it difficult to describe the hotel as a boutique experience.It was fine for 2 nights,great walking nearby,but the finish of the hotel is poor.Having read previous reviews the management have improved many of the previous complaints.Air conditioning was in the rooms,breakfast buffet was topped up regularly etc.Its the finish of the hotel that is poor,flooring,shower flooded bathroom etc.None of this is the fault of the staff but the design & build.No easy fix"
