He was so kind and pleasant and he always had a smile when he was speaking with us. Went to the front desk for help with restaurants and they printed out a map of nearby places. Checking out, Dahlia was so happy and friendly to assist me. For a single traveller, my room was just the right size for me. However, a room with two beds seemed to be on the smaller side. The atmosphere was very welcoming and warm. The location was perfect walking distance to Insadong, Gwanghwamun Square, The Palace, Hanbok Village, the subway and a lot of eateries. "

"The hotel was beautiful and very quiet. First hotel I couldn’t hear any neighbors. The room was spacious and having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit made it so convenient."

"The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too. "
