"The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Shower head started dripping at 5am. Whilst they do not offer early check-in, a little more effort could have been made as we'd arrived on a long haul flight and wanted to rest."

The location was perfect for me- a short cab or a meandering walk from the rail line, right across the street from stunning parks. My only complaint would be a few missed spills and stains in the room, but the core items, bed, shower, toilet, were perfectly clean and maintained."

"For the price you pay it’s not up to standard. You are better off going to the travel lodge over the road. Only good thing about the stay was breakfast and where the hotel is. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay here again. Had to be moved rooms due to the filth that was in the room. If you’re staying on the first floor all you can hear is people above. Cleaners and manager need a talking too. The head board was thick with dust and there’s only one thing splattered on that head board, it’s disgusting. I’ll be contacting head office. Not acceptable."
