"This place was a great on all aspects. Clean rooms, great staff. Good food and fantastic location. The staff need a special mention as they are very courteous and super helpful with any requests you have. The room service was prompt...will certainly stay there anytime in future."

"I don't usually rate anything 5 stars but this was an exceptional experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist with requests. Loved the overall vibe and aesthetics of the place. The rooms were very clean and the room service was wonderful. The best part is breakfast!! Amazing chefs and staff!! "

"No hot water in a 4* property!! Unbelievable, but true!!
Staff has to run around with buckets of hot water to supply to the room!
Veg & Non-veg counters are the same. Vegetarians will find it absolutely difficult and shocked to know that catering guys have forgotten their basics!! :)
Don't ask about the passage carpets! They stink, stain and stick.
Having said that, front-desk/reception service was too good - excellent! They really try to save the faces of this hotel. "
