"Hotel didn’t have our booking, made us send the confirmation after trying to reject our stay , no warm water, dirty, ac didn’t work and on top of it all- didn’t want us to check out the next day until we could produce another receipt "

"There was a banquet hall below the room which was constantly filled up with guests. Also the music was loud and it was very disturbing. Especially being an international traveller it was extremely inconvenient and we could not rest due to jet lag. Hygiene was another issue here because the bed sheets and pillow were dirty too."

"I loved The Fort, it had enough amenities to match its style, what a beautiful property, if you love history you will love the Fort, the staff are lovely, so friendly, so helpful, the surrounding shops are full of lovely people too. The 4 poster bed I had was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, they don't make them like that anymore. The food was so tasty too, Im going to go back thats for sure! Excellent value for money too, i thought they were joking when I got my bill :D "
